Stay was good but the towel and sheet provided are old. Also the closet needs to be either properly cleaned or changed. Except water and soap, I had to request for provision of towel/sheet. No glass provided for drinking water. Otherwise stay was good. At the reception when I visited and said that I have booked room, they urged me to provide proof of booking without verifying their record despite I showed my aadhaar card. The way he asked me as if he had some doubt on me when my family was also with me. I remained silent as the receptionist was an old man having some health problems it seems.

Poor administration. Extra charges. No bill has been provided as per payment.

Hotel location is prime opposite to central bus stand and Trichy junction is also nearby, neat and clean premises with dining and breakfast facility. Room service needs improvement

Rooms were promptly provided and as requested. Room sizes are big and good condition. Cleanliness was upto the mark. Room Service, lift, restaurant available. Location is near to station and bus stand. Comfortable stay, cooperative staff and reception personnel. Justified to cost charged. Would recommend stay here.

The stay was decent, there is no intercom in my room, so I had to find a person to check anything. The mattress was not up to mark, since it was one night stay, we managed to sleep. Overall average stay.

Terrible experience. Very unclean property with lizard pees in the bed. The toilet was like a public toilet. service is worse than anything.
