Excellent Stay
Hi! The trip to Grand Palace Yercaurd was great and the location of the hotel was great and the weather this week was perfect. The complimentary breakfast choice was also good and hotel staff hospitality along with short trek with family was amazing experience… overall memorable experience. Thanks

Average Stay
The stay was average because they don't have many food options. Also, the room freezer was not working and the food service was extremely costly and not worth it at all. They have limited options in vegetarian.

Good Stay
The carpet that covers the glass below is very dirty and we expected the swimming pool to be a little warm, but it's completely cold which left her kids not to enjoy the pool. We mainly booked the hotel because of the pool and the view, but orchid couldn't enter the pool because of cold water, if otherwise, everything is good.

Luxurious stay
Luxurious stay with astonishing view from hotel room itself. Well maintained large property with good staff and food, has entertainment planned from kids till adults. Must try is the spa facility. Infinity pool steals the show.

Amazing view. Clean rooms. Courteous Staff
Housekeeping staff was amazing. Both the restaurants Orange and Altitude were good. Amazing view. The servers and manager at Altitude and Orange were courteous. Special mention for Subhodeep from Orange restaurant.

Not worth the money
Room was clean Room service is poor Food is very poor and highly priced View from hotel is excellent. Pool is open to outsiders with no dress code

Poor Stay
Room and bathrooms were clean Breakfast quality was poor and service is very poor at this hotel. We asked room service for salt for 30 mins and 3 calls yet we did not get it. Food quality at orange hotel is terrible and prices are very high. I will never book and suggest anyone to book this place.

Good Vacation
The property is located in a beautiful spot right on top of the hill. Providing breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Was disappointed with the room and housekeeping services. Broken switches, leaking walls, dirty bed sheets, and dirty jacuzzi. Housekeeping is very slow and needs multiple reminders. The food is limited but has great taste. Overall a good stay.
