Terrible Stay
Property is under renovation, full of dust from the ongoing work, but food was good. Did not expect the ongoing renovation work.

Overall, I had an excellent stay at Grand Palace Yercurd, really loved the room and the restaurants. The only areas for improvement seem to be in staff training—particularly, helping the team become more agile and ensure they go above and beyond to take good care of guests.

Great views from almost all places at the resort
I loved the views at this property. The buffet breakfast had a good vegetarian spread. The service was good too, although there was a major mix up with the room service, they corrected the mistakes. All in all, a great stay.

Convenient for families with babies
Good experience, nice breakfast spread. Despite multiple requests for a good room, the ground floor room provided was old and the walls had weathering, but other than that, the experience was good. Complimentary baby food and milk made our stay very relaxing and convenient. 1 rating less only for the old room. Otherwise, it's an excellent stay.

Perfect Getaway with Beautiful Infinity Pool
Had a wonderful stay at the resort! The property was beautiful, and we truly had a great time. The food was top-notch—everything we tried was excellent. The highlight of the stay was definitely the infinity pool and the breathtaking viewpoint. One of the best parts is that you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset right from the property, which made the experience even more special. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Kid friendly and pleasant stay.
I discovered this place through Perplexity, went through the reviews, and decided to book it. We had a very pleasant experience. The hospitality was excellent — the staff were warm, attentive, and treated guests very well. The resort is very kid-friendly and perfect for a peaceful family getaway. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Room service was prompt and reliable. The food options within the resort were quite good, and we especially appreciated their thoughtful touches for families — we could request milk for our child at any time, and they even provided complimentary kid-friendly meals for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was also complimentary for guests. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly stay. Would definitely recommend it for families looking for a relaxed vacation.

It was just okay, not much amenities. Swimming pool was under maintenance and with the charges of stay per day, didn't find worth.

Great location. Good stay
Stayed here for a weekend. This resort is excellently located with lots of fun activities for kids. The view from the resort is breathtaking. Would have given it a 5 star rating, if it would have not been for poor service of the restaurant and the closed swimming pool (for which no notification was provided at booking).

Good Getaway
Good stay with efficient staff and well maintained common areas. Rooms have a nice view as the resort is at a good altitude.

Kid Friendly
Best location and best hospitality. Food is good but expensive. Some of the activities are not fully functional that was little disappointing otherwise a great place to chill and relax.

Poor Stay
First of all the Hotel is under renovation is big cover up against expectation. Next as mentioned in Room Category (Superior room with balcony) is not 1000SFT room provided. Room service is poor. No Tooth paste in dental kit and will not give if we call for house keeping as well.

Road towards hotel is broken and only 2 storey hotel so not great view
The road was broken and not well maintained. The hotel is good and near to Yercaud lake. They only have 2 storey buildings so the view is not as expected.
