The reception staff was quite rude and unprofessional, which left a bad first impression. The room was in terrible condition — everything looked old, damaged, and poorly maintained. There were cobwebs in the corners, and it felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. Definitely not worth the money charged. I’m sharing the Deluxe room pictures to show the actual condition of the room.

We understand your disappointment regarding the room's condition. However, we also note that you did not explicitly mention any issues with the room itself during your stay. We wonder if this review might be related to a different matter: your request to remove the second guest's name from your invoice and avoid the applicable charges, which we had categorically mentioned that will need to be paid and removal of the same which is against our policy of not tampering with guest information or allowing edits to invoices for the purpose of evading payment for all occupants. We regret that we were unable to accommodate that particular request.
