    The rooms are spacious by Mumbai standards. I have stayed in different category rooms are Delux is the best, especially on the first floor. The amenities can be basic, but they provide more when asked. The breakfast this time was disappointing. So you can choose an option without one. However, there are no breakfast places nearby.

    This property is located in a calm environment in a very busy city making the stay a relaxing one. Also the staff members are good with a friendly, attentive and caring attitude. Restaurant is also nice with good food. Though the property is 100 years old it is still relevant for the today’s guests.

    Pathetic Experience, will not book again.

    There was no hot water in the room. AC was in very bad condition, sounding like tractor, couldn't sleep. Breakfast menu was very limited, only 1 veg dish of their choice either eat or leave. However the staff behavior was good. Location was remote.

    The location was nice with Bombay coffee house right next door and Kala ghoda being 8 minutes by car and only 18 minutes on foot, the hotel’s staff needs some hospitality training. The breakfast spread was extremely poor with the manager himself not practicing hand hygiene. Some of the stuff got over 1 hour before the stipulated time of 10.30 am. They have maintained the aura by conserving their architecture but failed to preserve their courtesy.

    The room wasn’t upto the mark, with paying 13.5k for a night. It was smelling dust and i found a used wrapper and a used towel beneath the sofa. Plus the breakfast had very minimal vegetarian items. Also, the wifi kept on disconnecting every few minutes.

    Hotel Grand is not recommended to stay. There were no face tissues in the room and when asked for some the receptionist told to call room service and we don’t have it. No tooth brush and paste was provided in the room and no shaving kit either. Room smelled and humid which lead to myself falling sick.

    Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money

    The reception staff was quite rude and unprofessional, which left a bad first impression. The room was in terrible condition — everything looked old, damaged, and poorly maintained. There were cobwebs in the corners, and it felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. Definitely not worth the money charged.
