The stay was okayish. The power sockets were very loose, and it was difficult to keep the charger brick plugged in for long. The food was excellent, especially the beef roast. However, the walls were worn out, and there were many small insects attracted to the light, with several of them lying dead on the floor near the balcony.

Good behavior from the staff. The room was clean and well-maintained. The property felt safe and comfortable, especially for women travelers. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The room maintenance needs improvement. Floor tiles of the bathroom were slippery. The room air conditioner was noisy. Later, they gave another room, and that problem got solved. The hotel is in one of the prime locations of Thiruvananthapuram. The service provided by the staff was very good.

Very good, stay in immunities, and everything is very good and happy to stay in Trivandrum. Very good location

Excellent hotel. My sister had a nice review that is very good. Food is very good, room is very clean, and bathroom is very clean.

Location is perfect for those who travel by train as it’s walkable. It’s a decent hotel. Staff are courteous. Breakfast has limited options with the same items mostly every day.

We expected more for the money paid. Got room keys at 12 15 pm after following up for 30 minutes. Property is old and gaps at the back of the toilet door is stuffed with toilet papers. Not impressive. Will not stay again here.

Good location and room size. But service quality was not at par with the industry, may be as it’s managed by government. The room did not have fridge or hand towels. The bathroom was stinking the water from shower area was flowing out to the closet/washbasin area. The booked room was not allotted and another room with extra bed was given. To us it meant something is getting adjusted in which we don’t have a control.

Good stay. But food is a bit costly. Convenient location as in proximity to KSRTC stand and railway station.

I stayed at KTDC for three days. The rooms are comparatively small but neat and clean, and the room service is good. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to visit Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple and other attractions. It is also close to the bus stand and railway station, which is very convenient. However, the reception staff could be more prompt welcoming. The restaurant has very limited options, so it’s better to plan for outside food.

All the facilities are good. Many scopes are there for improvement like relationship, room facilities etc

The ambience of the room was below average. The AC remote was set to 29 degrees and was not able to change. No late night room service. Had an issue with bed bugs and managed to kill two. Reception staff not receptive at all. They don’t greet you. They don’t smile and they always sit and look at their screen.

Hotel Chaithram is centrally located with easy access to rail/road services. Rooms are very clean with friendly and supportive front office staff. The restaurant services are also very good and the breakfast we had was yummy

Room was excellent very friendly staff. Food is too expensive and not worth for the money. Management need to consider that

I recently booked a stay at this hotel through make my trip app and had a very smooth experience. The location is the biggest highlight, being just a short distance from the Trivandrum railway station which made transit incredibly easy

The hotel is at prime location the reception was very good. the hotel looked well lighted but the only problem we saw was that the room had lot of cockroach and other insects. this could be improved

The staff was not very cooperative for check in process. The room and washroom were not properly clean.

The room is neat and clean, but the bed is not comfortable due to its spring mattress and pillow is not suitable for us. Otherwise, the stay is comfortable.

Overall nice stay.. Good location - close to railway-bus stations and Padmanabhaswamy temple Room cleanliness is just ok.
