Overall experience was good. Food and service . Except few pointers i wanna highlight. I had some guests who wanted to do activities on payment basis.. but at reception there was alot of argument. Later they had taken some amount on guest entry per person saying which could be redeemed either on activities or food. The food and snacks was made into my room bill. When i went on paying the final balance amount on checkout for dinner and snacks for guests and me. They said the coupon i should have redeemed on the same day (means yesterday) and it should not be added on room but had to be paid seperately which was not mentioned earlier. This was not what i expected from a resort like graces. I have gone to various resorts.. but was not happy with this policy of them.

in an additional requirement as in as I booked my room with mmt MakeMyTrip there was additional requirement you can fill at the other point of reservation so it was my 10th anniversary and I requested them to decorate something or a cake or pastry something I should feel special but they have not arranged anything from if they would have inform me I would have taken the cake from my side but they haven't inform me and on the first in send they give me a room which was near to some there was some party going on the room was near to that I requested them that I came for a privacy to celebrate my day with my wife and children so I told him initiate a refund but then they told me will provide you some other route so ultimately I don't want it to spoil the mood of my kids and my wife so I shifted to

Amazing property in the nature's lap. Has a number of facilities and good food that add to the vast place. Lake view villa is where I stayed and loved my walks in the sun throughout the expanse of the greens. The small lake at the center, though dirty, adds aesthetics to the place. Best deal for the money spent.

Average because nothing much to commute.Food was descent , after charging a good amount for smashed eggs it was too salty. The phone connection in the room was lost couldn’t communicate to reception/food. The stairs were slippery as I was checking out ,it was raining and nobody had cleaned the stairs I slipped but however balanced myself otherwise would have had a bad fall. Staff and management need to be extra cautious and be present and alive to the situation.

Excellent stay near VIT Bhopal

Excellent family resort in Sehore near VIT Bhopal university. Got it booked for 2 days and liked different aspects of it as below : 1. Hotel staff at reception , house keeping are very helpful and good in customer treatment and experience. 2. Staff and Chef at cafeteria for breakfast and dinner are really good in their work and know hospitality in really good sense 3. overall nature luxurious view was great including lake, greenery , outdoor activities like open area to plan chess and snake&ladder 4. we have also used temple inside for some rituals 5. For us great advantage was market near in sehore and 30-35 minutes distance to Vellore institute.

I found stay is awesome as location is center from all location either Airport or Railway Station. This hotel is best on their Food quality. I used their GYM and required to improve on Treadmill as same was giving lots of cranking noise. Overall is the best hotel.
