It was great to stay in ginger

The main entrance is not working properly. My room's telephone was not working, my washroom's flush was not working properly and the corridor felt too squeezed

One of the finest hotel in Surat with a great ambience. It is inside Surat city but very peaceful ambience is there. Food also good. Location wise everything is good. Rooms are neat and clean.

Prem Narayan and Pilot Mathur were very hospitable and I had a homely feeling at the Hotel and also during my meal times. This is my second stay and will keep staying here on my future visits.

Good location. Lobby, lounge and cafeteria area is big yet cozy to sit and work. Staff was good with communication and very hospitable.

I had a wonderful stay at Ginger Surat. The ambience, food and everything was great. I arrived a bit late for the breakfast but Mr Prem Narayan and Mr Pailot helped me with the breakfast and arranged it for me. Really thankful to them for this and I would recommend Ginger Surat for a pleasant stay.

Even I have booked and when reached hotel they are asking that we are not get booking wait for half hour. It will take time to sync with us. Is it really take this much time to sync with Hotel?

Nice ambience, good quality food, and the staff are kind. It's a must place for a solo business tour in Surat city. Shrimant, the chef, was so kind and gentle during the breakfast session.

Stay is very good, property well maintained, food very tasty, require to add food for diabetics person, receptionist Banshiva and Premnarayan, Shimanta and Kamal very good service

It was awesome experience to stay again at Ginger this time at Surat and at Breakfast Cumin. Staff is also helpful and nice. Mr. Prem and Mr. Kamal will sure visit again.
