Review Of Ginger Mumbai, Goregaon

I stayed there just for one night so don’t know about food. Rooms are clean. There is a little bit of sound issue from trains and mosquitoes, but it is pretty good for mid-budget people.

Was good but room size was small.

Service was poor, for any order or service minimum TAT was 40 to 50 minutes, till anyone turns up

Service & Rooms very Good. Mr. Amit guides very well & he is a very polite person

My stay experience was very disappointing. The service was extremely poor and the staff response was slow. The room cleanliness was not up to the mark, and basic facilities were not maintained properly. Food quality was average and overall management needs major improvement. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

the rooms are way too small. the people at the reception took forever for completing the check in formalities. the rooms are well maintained, the bathrooms are clean. constant noise of the trains as the tracks are just next to the property. unless I have no option i wouldn't go back to their property of ginger

First of all they gave me the room in other branch of ginger hotel and rooms were not tidy and up to the mark for what I paid and it is on quite expensive side for the service they offer but the breakfast was good and rooms were not up to the mark and the rooms photo look very good and modern in photos and in reality it’s very basic and not worth for money we pay for the stay And the staff is very unprofessional Hotel was over booked

It was a nice experience. Staff Ganesh and Shreya were very friendly and helpful.

The property, the location, cleanliness, amenities are all excellent. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous. Amit Singh was exceptionally courteous and professional. Will surely come again.

It is a great property in the proximity to Bombay Exhibition center. Location, food, hygiene all value for money.

The services offered were top notch, only concern was about the size of the room, it was very compact, could've been a bit larger with a wardrobe in it.

Stay was good rooms are quite small compared to category mentioned but food is good would suggest if could add more options in buffet dinner and buffet breakfast
