Hi, it was a nice stay for a day. Breakfast was very good. We all of our family enjoyed only TV complaint was not taken care of overall. I will visit the hotel again. Thank you.

Stay was pleasant, breakfast spread was good. But bathroom needs some maintenance, Sink was a bit cracked and Flush was not very effective.

Check in process was not friendly. The person in the reception failed to attend the guest properly for check in process.

The stay was average the rooms need to be more clean.

this is one of the worst stay experience in last 20 years, Ginger infra is very patriotic, i will share you furniture photios in that, furniture about got down any time chair handle is fell down, staff is not at all co-operative their blindly.. i request next customer who are planning stay if they offer free please don't come and stay its my recommend. today morning i gave my key to reception to clean the room , she didn't clean my room, after that when i came in the evening and ask in reception she told me its clean , . her working time is 10 pm to morning 8 am, also they don't given front Desk number in room, two times i called reception number from near left emergency phone number, both the time she was not their in front desk and she was their back room .why you told my room is cleaned, she said i assumed that they have cleaned it, and i asked her why you said , but she ignored, i asked her name she told me two times i have told her i will complaint against you, she dont have any fear she rude said you can i don't have any problem ?? she is least bothered. this is the last stay in GINGER, i will share room photos..

I am surprised that this is one of Tata group’s budget hotels . Poor upkeep of rooms , make shift arrangements, leaking bathrooms , malfunctioning of front door keys , substandard food especially breakfast . I would squarely blame the Manager of the hotel for all this . He should visit each room to see that the upkeep is pf high standard . Idly served was not palatable and even untouchable . Seepage from tiles gaps when you use the wash basin . I think this hotel is outsourced to a beauty salon company . Nothing wrong but they should not spoil the great Tata’s name . With much hesitation I gave AVERAGE rating

Disappointing stay—needs maintenance. The property is showing its age. The AC was extremely noisy, making it very difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, my key card failed and I was told it couldn't be fixed because the server was down. Breakfast was very average and lacked variety. Not the quality I expected from a Ginger hotel.

Bathroom was not up to the mark and Room Service is very slow. No WiFi service. Food was very good.

While the room and staff were good and helpful, we were disappointed that for an entire day we did not have keys and access to our room due to a server issue. We were dependent on housekeeping to open and lock our rooms and this was not comfortable at all.

Nice stay at ginger mangalore. Neat and clean room. Staff are well behaved. Restaurant food also good.

The stay was horrible. They gave me a room with no AC working and then shifted to another room where the washroom was not cleaned. Overall, not at all a good experience in Ginger.

Will not recommend at all! For the rate the rooms are not up to mark. Unhygienic rooms with a lot of mosquitoes. Breakfast was not good.

During check-in on 21.03.2026 at around 15.00 hours, the executive at the counter and her superior were not cooperative and did not accept Govt. issued ID as a result of which lots of valuable time was wasted. They were immature and not courteous.

location is on the highway so easy to visit the local places neat and clean rooms and wash room and very well managed. the behaviour of hotel staff as well as the restaurant staff was very nice and helpful.

Food is clean and preparation is good, but seem to carry forward to next day as bitterness was there in some dishes. There is persistent cigarette smoke problem through ventilation from other rooms that enters our room.

The hotel and location is good. Corridor cleanliness is an issue which needs to be addressed. Good for business stay.
