The look of them was good it was really easy to get to the hotel and the food was good. Yes, I will recommend it to my friends in the groups.

Food quality and service was good

They stay was good. Good breakfast is served at the morning buffet. The size of the rooms are small. The reception desk is cooperative and can even arrange for the cabs to visit omkareshwar. Do plan for early morning departure as city has traffic now. The lunch at hotel is also economical. The dinner shall be at 56 Dukan or Sarafa food street.

we stayed from 25th morning. The breakfast spread was sumptuous and excellent. The property location is really at the heart of Indore. The house keeping staff services were courteous and hospitable. Also the extra 2 hrs extension for Rs. 1000 or 25% was reasonable. Quality of dinner and lunch in a la carte menu was great.

The location was good but rooms were too conjusted

Food was ok. Buffet spread was limited. Room sizes are small. Washrooms are small. Very compact size room. Sometimes felt like a bunker. Rooms looked cramped. Good for one night and if you are mostly out.

I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Indore. While the security arrangements at the entrance appeared adequate, my overall experience was disappointing. The biggest concern was the atmosphere on the 6th floor. There was no staff presence or hotel representative visible on the floor, and the area felt isolated and uncomfortable. Walking to the room felt unsettling, and I did not feel particularly safe. Upon entering the room, there was a strong unpleasant odor coming from the washroom, similar to that of a public restroom. Basic toiletries were not provided, which was unexpected for a hotel of this category. Additionally, the room card slot was not functioning properly, causing inconvenience during the stay. Ginger is a well-known hospitality brand, so I expected much better standards in terms of maintenance, guest comfort, and overall experience. Unfortunately, the room and floor ambience felt more like an ordinary budget lodging than a branded hotel. I hope the management addresses these concerns and improves the experience for future guests.

Only reception calls are available..all other dead response...no cleaning - no house keeping..very small rooms with poor design

The room is not worth charges. Very congested no infrastructure. No bathroom accessories. Very poor vibe room.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location was convenient and close to major attractions/transport. Food quality was good, and the overall ambiance was relaxing and pleasant. Check-in and check-out were smooth as well. Definitely a great value for money experience. Would highly recommend this property to families, couples, and business travelers alike!

The rooms are clean and spacious. Prachi patidar at reception is very helpful. If you are on indore city tour, best option for stay. Nearby places: Rajwada, Khajrana temple, sarafa bazaar.

Once we check-in hotel room was not as shown in the image, it's too small and washroom space also not good. After that, they have only one working lift which was not working after our check-in whole night and in check-out time we had to carry our bag from another building lift which is far away from our rooms.
