Hotel is very good, Food is good But room service is too slow.. even if you ask for water they took 30 minutes to deliver

Property nearby to beach with good stay experience and is budget friendly.

Hotel is fully crowded and hotel people are not able to manage the crowd, restaurant during breakfast time was chaotic, no proper food items were available, overall food quality was not good.

Had a great stay at Ginger Goa — clean rooms, good location, and smooth service. Special thanks to Chaitanya, Jocelyn, Neha & Pooja for being super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

It was a decent stay overall. The experience was smooth, and a special mention to Chaitanya and Jocelyn at the reception desk—they were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and made the check-in process seamless. Their friendly approach definitely added to the stay.

Wonderful service & stay for all 3-4 days

Hotel was packed with some company people and getting space for breakfast was very tough, hotel people arranged breakfast in some conference room which was not good. Looks like restaurant staff was also less and people were struggling to arrange the plates and glasses as there were no glasses available for taking juice, overall not a healthy experience.

Very basic property, too much crowded. Check-in to morning breakfast everywhere it’s full of people with less staff to handle the crowd. Staff was at its best in given situation able trying to manage the show. But clearly hotel is highly under staffed.

This was my first time staying at a Ginger property, and they certainly lived up to their brand name. The service was excellent, and the amenities—specifically the pool and dining areas—are fantastic. One standout feature was the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety and was a perfect start to the day. I was also impressed by the staff's efficiency; even at midnight, they were active and quick to assist with any guest needs. For explorers, the convenience of renting a scooter directly from the hotel is a huge plus. Regarding the logistics, please note that they adhere strictly to their standard check-in time, so don’t expect an early entry into your room. However, once settled, it’s easily the best stay for North Goa. The location is ideal, with all the major 'happening' spots and beaches connected nearby.

Not much variety in breakfast. Location is okay. Room size is comparatively less. Breakfast was not that good, location-wise is good.

Everything good here. Can stay. Chaitanya and Neha were amazing and attentive. Near to Candolim beach and good restaurants nearby.

All amenities and facilities are top notch, all beaches were close to the hotel, food was very tasty and service was also good. They could do better while checking in; I got my room after 1 hour despite giving a request for early check-in.

This hotel proved to be an excellent choice for both family and friends. The breakfast offerings were exceptional, with outstanding flavors. We particularly enjoyed the well-maintained swimming pool and the convenient parking area, which was perfect for my rental scooter. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel at a very reasonable price point.

Staying in Ginger hotel Candolim is an awesome experience. The amenities are excellent and the staff are cooperative and professional. The food is good with a variety of ranges. The location is also very convenient as it is located at a walking distance to Candolim Beach and just a few minutes ride to Calangute Beach. Baga Beach and Titos lane are also nearby with around 15 to 20 mins ride. There are also multiple restaurants nearby, servicing scrumptious seafood cuisine and more.

Location is good, hotel maintenance is the challenge. It looks like it is not getting properly maintained. Front office staff is not customer friendly and the hotel is overcrowded. During breakfast time, it was not well maintained as a huge crowd entered and the hotel staff couldn't manage.

Rooms were small but neat and clean. Management was not up to the mark. I was stuck in getting my car out of parking at 4AM because Gaurd didnot kept key of the cars which was supposed to be moved. They were clueless what to do. 3 star is only for rooms cleaniness. Management is very bad.

As per the pricing the hotel doesn’t have much facilities. No valet parking, No assistance to drop your luggage to room, Room are small, washroom is small, No proper ventilation and Exhaust system, No accessories like hair dryer or hand towel in washroom. Overall experience was not good.

It was a quiet good stay, all staff were cooperative, rooms were decent. Housekeeping was so good.
