Average Stay
Pros 1. Breakfast was very good, lots of options and good quality 2. Location was also good 3. Staff also decent Cons 1. I asked for a bucket to bath they gave me dirty, I mean, when filled water in it turns yellowish brown that much dirty 2. I asked for a glass of milk at night, don't know why they were unwanted many particles in it 3. When I checked in, bathroom was not ready or what there were wrappers of used soap. Instead of fresh soap. The point I am taking pain to write the review, I was not expecting this from Ginger, hope they will work on that and act professionally.

Average Stay
Room cleaning as well services available was not good, toilet drain choked, flush was not working, even after complaint the same has not been done. Also towels not changed.

Terrible Stay
Worst stay at Ginger ever, the rooms were so outdated and old. The staff was good, food was also nice, but the property needs serious maintenance. The room was very small, the bed even smaller. I regret booking it.

Terrible Stay
Hygiene issues with a dirty washroom in the room without a partition curtain for the bathing section. Water in the washroom is hard with all salt formation on the bathroom flooring. I booked a double bed room but received only 1 towel, 1 coffee, 1 mug, and 1 glass. I had booked a room with a higher rate in the tariff, but all rooms were the same.
