Good Stay
The stay was good and pleasant. Room was clean and spacious. Service was very good. Staff were very helpful.

my son loved it
First stay in Ooty and it was worth it! Kids will love it. Swimming pool will be available on weekends and try their Toda cafe menu. It will be worth it.

"Had a wonderful stay at Gem Park Ooty with my family! The property offered a comfortable and relaxing experience. What truly stood out was the EV charging station - super convenient for me since I own an electric vehicle. Kudos to Gem Park for this thoughtful amenity! Not good food and stay is horrible. Room are not such good vibes
Very bad service. After lots of call for room service they are very slow. Food is avarage and very expensive.

Average Stay
The room they gave me at first. I was so small and did not mess match. The description did in the profile. So then they change into me another room with where they were renovating and staff. The other rooms and the room did not have TV didn't work and all of a sudden. I called the reception and inform them and they try to change it and they took me another room so it wasn't as good as I XX expected, but my brother booked booked in the same hotel when there was no room he was upgraded to another room, a different room for the same price which is totally unacceptable. So treating a guy from same family. A different and another guy from different way isn't acceptable and this is. I don't recommend anyone all I'll I. I'll never go back again. I need a apologies, strong apology from the hotel side

Nice hotel Needs revamp
Food was nice, but the property is very old , wash room are old , need to be revamped , very costly for their outlook

Poor Stay
Not worth for money. No customer service. Whatever we ask for were delivered very late including our luggage to the room. No hot water during day time. Bathroom Knob was totally damaged. Not at all worth for the amount we paid. Will never ever stay there again and will never recommend for our friends too.

Unpleasant stay disappointing room andService.
The walk in price was way low then on mmt our room was overpriced by around Rs. 4000/-we had asked for upgrade for which difference amount was quite high I.e per room and reason given was mmt booking .Furthur we have not received a satisfactory room it was on the lowest floor . It looked we were penalised for booking via mmt.The quality of the hotel has fallen substantially to be more precise the room was smelly, tables unclean, towels not provided, bathroom with foul odour and broken door handle along with missing shower partition. Hot water provided after requesting them many times. The Breakfast buffet had limited items and overall the service was poor and not at all worth the price paid.

Good Stay
It was wonderful stay there at Gem Park Ooty but few things needs to be taken care of 1) Their Swimming pool was under maintainance and was closed for guest and this was NOT mentioned on your App or web site. 2) Jain food was NOT available in their restaurant. Otherwise room services were good. Thank you very much.

A good and professional hotel in Ooty
the hotel is located at the center of Ooty town with a very good scenic view, providing excellent hospitality with multi cuisine food restaurants and professional services. the tariff is very high, even more than a five star hotel, may be due to peak season and high demand. it should be within Rs. 9k.

Terrible Stay
The type of hotel Gem Park is, it is not maintaining the level. The management are liars and do not have the manners to talk to guests. Stained bedsheets and blankets. Unclean bathrooms and dirty smell.

Good Stay
Hotel is quite old and has delicious food. only drawback is they gave us room with twin bed instead of double bed and didn't inform too until we identified upon reaching in room. post complaint they joined the beds but that was too uncomfortable. That's the basic we expect from a 4 star hotel to understand what kind of room they shall allot to a married couple.
