location is great. staff are amazing. we had a problem with noise from other guests however they apologized and sorted out. overall great stay

The stay was awesome with good rooms, restaurant and lounges. The hospitality was excellent in terms of all services throughout the stay.

Pretty good hospitality at every stage. Although entry to the hotel is a bit ordinary, the rooms were fantastic, the staff was extremely courteous and it lived up to expectations.

It was a wonderful stay with excellent hospitality, great food especially the breakfast with great variety and high quality. The room was good too and had a great Jacuzzi experience

This is the beautiful view from our room at 25th floorThe property is located at serene location with exotic ocean views. The room is extremely good and beautiful place. Need to improve the food; the morning buffet breakfast had the same menu for both days with just a few changes.

It was a pleasant experience, only the pool wasn't functional. Big shoutout to the spa team, they are exceptional.

It was an amazing stay, even gave us an upgrade to sea view room and adventures. Two girls saying an amazing time and their breakfast at Opus restaurant was the highlight because it was quite personalised and not like a massy buffet and yes, I would definitely recommend people to book 4 Seasons.
