Good Stay
I have booked Falcon crest for a 2 day stay with family. The location is good, staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful. The food was very good, simple, and tasty. They have arranged an off-road trip which we enjoyed a lot. If you are planning to visit Vagamon, weekdays are very good, weekends are a little crowded in attractions like pine forest, adventure park, etc.

Excellent Stay
stay was truly amazing. The rooms and overall property were very neat, clean, and well maintained. The staff members were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more comfortable. The food was very tasty and we really enjoyed every meal. The hotel is also located in a very good and convenient location, making it easy for us to travel around. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed a lot during our stay. Highly recommended!

property is located on the beautiful landscape of a hill top. Has well kept rooms, spacious and neat bathrooms. Approach road has 5 hair pin bends. Staff are very cooperative and well behaved. The host gives personal attention. Amenities are good

A Scenic and Comfortable Hilltop Retreat
Our stay at the resort was truly delightful from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff and welcomed with refreshing welcome drinks, which set a pleasant tone for our visit. The rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean, tidy, and well maintained. The availability of 24-hour hot water added to the overall comfort of our stay. The food, including the buffet breakfast and dinner, was delicious and offered a satisfying variety of options. The resort provides ample parking space, which is very convenient for guests traveling by car. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing a pamphlet with a map of nearby tourist attractions—it proved very helpful for planning our outings. Complimentary Wi-Fi was available throughout the property and was particularly useful, as mobile network coverage (Idea and BSNL) was weak or inconsistent in the area. The well-maintained infinity swimming pool and dedicated kids’ play area were excellent amenities that enhanced the overall experience. What stood out the most was the courteous and attentive nature of the staff, along with the resort’s breathtaking hill views. The only minor drawback was the approximately 700-meter approach road leading to the resort, which has several steep climbs and sharp curves and would benefit from some maintenance. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this resort to others seeking a comfortable and scenic getaway.

A 5-Star Stay That Stalled at Breakfast
I was fully prepared to give this resort a 5-star rating. The property is stunning, hygiene standards are top-notch, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. However, the breakfast experience was a significant letdown. With very limited choices, it felt like a 'token' buffet rather than a curated meal. I highly recommend this resort for everything else, but don’t set your expectations too high for the morning meal.

Good Stay
The stay is beautiful but the restaurant has an order early policy and food is not great. There is a twisted track that leads to the hotel and if people are driving in at night, it can be a bit difficult. There should be some warning about it.
