Good hotels, the hotel very good budget, neat and clean, and staff was very happy. Can be recommended, money well spent.

Excellent stay and planned to extend for next stay

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The hygiene standards are very poor, especially in the bathroom, which was not properly cleaned and felt unhygienic. The room condition does not match the photos shown online—it looks much older, poorly maintained, and misleading compared to what is advertised. The furniture quality is very low, and some items (like the chair) were already damaged, which reflects lack of maintenance. Overall, the room felt neglected and not worth the price paid. That's why we left room in afternoon only and choose another stay.

Had a very pleasant stay here on Saturday. Room Quality: Room was extremely clean, well maintained, and neatly arranged. Overall ambience was comfortable and gave a very positive vibe. Perfect for a relaxed stay. Bathroom: Bathroom was spotless and hygienic. Most importantly, there were absolutely no water issues good water pressure and continuous supply, which made the experience even better. Location: Excellent location in Baner/Balewadi area. Very close to the highway, which makes it highly convenient for travelers and those on business trips. Staff & Service: Staff was very polite, cooperative, and helpful throughout the stay. Quick response and professional behaviour added to the comfort. Breakfast: Breakfast was included in the stay and had good options to choose from. Sitting area was spacious and comfortable, making the morning meal enjoyable. Parking: Parking facility is available, which is a big advantage in this area. Safe and convenient. Overall Experience: Very good and value for money stay option in Baner/Balewadi, Pune. Clean rooms, good service, great location, and decent breakfast highly recommended for family, business, or short stays. Would definitely consider staying here again

The hotel needs better upkeep. I had initially booked a standard room but it was too small and the washroom was very clean. I paid extra and upgraded to a Deluxe room which was bigger and slightly better. The rooms and upholstery need to be deep cleaned. There was dust and cobwebs on the curtains. The cupboard smelled of naphthalene. It was so strong that the smell seeped into the clothes kept in the hanger. Most of the amenities mentioned are missing - iron is available; but no iron board. The breakfast spread, while there are 2-3 options, is acceptable in taste. The only good things about this hotel are the staff (reception & housekeeping) and its location. While I understand that this is an economical hotel, cleanliness should not be compromised.

Stay was perfect for family, clean rooms, nice service, staff also cooperative, breakfast also hygienic and tasty.

टैरिफ ज्यादा है, रूम की साइज छोटा है, एक्स्ट्रा बेड मुश्किल से लगता है, रूम सर्विस में 1- 1 घंटे में सामान मिला,लिनन गंदा था, कमरे में गंदगी थी शेविंग कीट नहीं था । कमरे में चाय का कप टूटा था। गेस्ट को कमरा देने के पहले हाउसकीपर ने सुपरवीजन नहीं किया था। सर्विस संतोषजनक नहीं थी।

Management needs to improve; basic facilities need reminders. Food is okay, but oily. Room needs to be clean.

Dirty floor when I entered the room. As requested, they changed my room. But after traveling, when you enter a room where basic hygiene fails, it really disappoints.
