5-Star Review: DoubleTree by Hilton Varanasi - A Family Haven We recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Varanasi with kid and it was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, the warm DoubleTree cookie welcome set a perfect tone for our family vacation. What we loved: Kid-Friendly Excellence: This hotel truly understands families. Our kids stayed free with existing bedding (a huge plus!), and the staff went out of their way to make them feel special. The outdoor pool was a massive hit — clean, spacious, and perfect for little ones. The rooms are modern, very spacious, and well-equipped for families. Housekeeping even arranged extra towels and child-friendly amenities quickly. Overall Experience: The property is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and feels luxurious yet welcoming. The breakfast buffet offered an extensive array of delicious options, catering to all tastes, and the service was consistently attentive and friendly. We also appreciated the hotel's convenient location in Pandeypur; it's away from the main hustle and bustle, providing a peaceful retreat, yet still close enough to easily access key attractions like the Ghats and temples. The staff across all departments – front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and pool attendants – were incredibly professional, accommodating, and genuinely friendly. They anticipated needs and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We highly recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton Varanasi to families and anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Varanasi. It’s a true gem!

Poor Stay
Hospitality and service are too low as per Hilton expectations. Food quality and hygiene is very poor. Outer courtyard is super dirty. So just cost is high but services are very poor.

stay experience was good. staff's behaviour was great. kitchen's response was negative side and should be improved. they were saying 'mil to jayega but itna samay lagegaa'. so many five star hotels provide swim suits on take-use-leave basis like bath towels on pool venue and it must be improved.

Overall a 4.5/
The property was clean, staff courteous, food good, little priced but not something really overboard. It's located some 5 -6 kms away from the main city which is the only minus but then you can always book an ola or uber for commute. Overall a 4.5/5.

Food was good but expensive. Room air conditioning was a problem, in one room AC did not work and there were some plumbing issues. Don't expect this kind of service in such expensive property.

Poor Stay
Poor food safety and extremely poor service. The electricity went out many times, and water started leaking from the ceiling. Food was served after 3 hours. We didn’t even get water bottles properly after asking multiple times, they arrived after 2 hours, and even cold water had unnecessary extra charges that were never informed beforehand. On top of that, the service boy opened our room door himself without permission, which was completely unacceptable and unsafe.

The staff is very courteous, helpful and went beyond to accommodate my old mom’s needs. They made her feel welcomed and engaged with her in light pleasant conversations. The Day
The property's location is far from the ghats, despite that amenities provided were up to the mark and met our expectations. King's Premium look offers the classy view of the city along with luxury.

Property was good, food and services are also good. Only issue is at reception, multiple people standing but all busy with their PCs. Customer is ignored. Had a less than satisfactory experience on arrival.

Very Dirty, hotel organises outaide events on 2nd floor, inhouse and outside uses same set of lifts that has average wait time of 10mins, hotel is in a very shabby place , poor service and food, just horrible..never to stay

hotel was at prime location and reachable. food was very tasty. but they had less staff for all our needs as no one was there to take the luggage away.
