Terrible Stay
Location is very bad and not able to reach to hotel due to traffic jam, hotel guy asked to pay 2000-3000 for 4x4 car to provide. Will not suggest to anyone.

Overall experience was average.. Reception guys were helpful. They did good decoration of room but Housekeeping was poor..Flies were present in room even after cleaning for all the 3 days of stays. For housekeeping rating should be 1 out of 5.

Excellent Stay
Hotel is very nice. The staff behaviour also so kind and helpful people. Facilities also superb, worth for money. Make our trip successful. Thanks for all the service. Specially food was awesome, so delicious and healthy.

worthless trip. we don’t expect from MMT this type of scenario
The cost of hotel is not worth as per amenity. It is different from customer to customer. No lift present. Breakfast is average. No benefits as mentioned. Complete false commitment. However, the catering team were humble. Receptionist do not know what is 25 dec. Receptionist is not suitable to address anything. No celebration for 25th even.

Great food, located at an excellent area, very near to Hidimba Temple. Facilities were good (expected a heater to be there without extra costs thought). Excellent staff behavior and very well maintained rooms. Overall a good stay

Located near Hidimba Devi Temple and Also Mall Road with approx distance 1 km, walkable. Food was good specially Tea👌. Room was clean and well maintained with mountain view from the window. Staff were very helpful. Overall a very good stay.

Position is very good. From the room we have seen ice peak mountains. Rooms are neat and clean. The restaurant is good. Staffs are very helpful.
