Excellent Property and Spacious Rooms. Tasty Breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. Pros: 1. Spacious Rooms 2. Spacious Farm 3. Tasty Food 4. Courteous Staff Cons: 1. Property needs to be better maintained. 2. Limited Choice of breakfast, must be due to current LPG issue. So can be ignored. 3. Very limited activities at Resort. Any additional activities can be built including the gaming section so that guests can spend more time at Resort. 4. No mobile connectivity, though WiFi provided. But you will not get SMS for OTP. Please beware. Overall a very good stay with family. Abhay went out of the way to make our stay more comfortable. Definitely recommended for a stay if you love to be surrounded by Nature.

Average Stay
We had booked a stay for just one night at this resort. The cost was ₹5,082. We were told that both breakfast and dinner were included in this price; however, due to a shortage of cooking gas cylinders, only a limited selection of food was available. Furthermore, we were informed that each person could consume food worth only up to ₹500, and that anything exceeding this limit would be charged separately on a separate bill. As for the room itself, it was quite old-fashioned. The tap in the bathroom was broken, as was the door lock. There was no dental kit or shampoo provided—only a bar of soap. We were initially told that fishing facilities were available, but ultimately, we were informed that they were not. Overall, it was certainly not worth the ₹5,082 we paid.

The property and location are really nice and peaceful, I liked that part a lot. But the reception experience wasn’t great — the lady there wasn’t very welcoming, didn’t explain things properly and overall didn’t feel friendly. Because of that, I’m giving 3 stars.

This is my 2nd visit in less than 2 years and I love this property. Exactly how I would like get disconnected from the city hustle. Very beautiful property, relaxing, clean space, clean linens.

Pathetic
Very disappointing stay experience. The room was not neat and cleanliness was below expectations. The support from the hotel staff was poor, and they were not helpful when assistance was needed. The complimentary activities promised were not provided. When we asked, the staff said they were busy with other guests, which was very unprofessional and frustrating. Overall, the service was pathetic, and the stay was not worth it. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Wonderful experience with good wholesome food, awesome location with nice British villas and nice trails. Don’t forget to take binoculars to view the birds. And there is a great fishing experience that awaits you!

worst experience
we stayed at two good resorts in munnar however one night stay at dew drops was the worst spoiled the trip. Location is good as it is inside a calm plantation only cardamom, some coffee and cattle . Room is like a lodge not even come closer to a resort , you have ask reception for hot water,in the bathroom ,they told it works on biogas. Food at dinner is unhygienic, given a torn out menu and asked to take and give order at 7pm. most of the things were unavailable. breakfast is below average. towels were dirty and not usable. staff are untrained in hospitality. Never recommend for families.

Excellent stay with a nice ambience. The walk through the farm was beautiful. Hospitality and guest service were good, and the staff were courteous. However, the rooms were poorly maintained, and the food was average.

Waste of Money and time.
we stayed at Dew Drops Munnar Resort recently and had a very disappointing experience. There is no mobile network coverage, which makes it very difficult to stay connected. The food quality needs serious improvement. Safety measures were not properly maintained, which is concerning for guests. The Operation Manager, , was very rude and unprofessional, which spoiled our stay. Overall, the service and facilities do not match the price charged. It felt like a waste of money, and I would not recommend this place to others. Please improve your service, staff behavior, food quality, and safety standards for a better guest experience.

Excellent Stay
A beautiful scenic resort away from the city hustle. The trekking area is impressive, with plenty of space for walking and cycling. The staff were warm and friendly, and thoughtful amenities like a campfire, emergency medicines, and complimentary water added great value. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Though it’s a 30-minute drive from the city, the experience makes it completely worth it. Looking forward to visiting again.

We had a very good stay at the resort. Our kids loved cycling, playing with animals as well as fishing. The rooms are very nice and services good. It is lush green. Breakfast options can be improved by adding corn flakes, fruits.

Awesome place for Holida
The experience was good inside the resort. They arranged a bonfire for us with music. Food was available at the resort and it was of good taste. They arranged a jeep safari inside the resort - it was a short time as we had to rush to leave home. We stayed in a farm house room - next time we would like to try the plantation side room for clear sky and enjoy the sky experience.
