Poor Stay
Services not good. Housekeeping services not good. Jacuzzi outside room not working. Had to wait for 2 hours to get it repaired. Waste of time. Had to wait for the housekeeping guy to come and clean it every time you have to use. That also is very time consuming. Waste of money. Not worth the charges of room. In my opinion, don't book room with open jacuzzi. And if you book, make sure to check if jacuzzi is working. Ironing board is broken. Hospitality has gone down since past few years.

Good Stay
The location was great. But the food was average. The pool was dirty. Didn't swim at all. The rooms were clean. The rooms were the best part. The activities were not that great as I expected.

Terrible Stay
Lots of mosquitos in the room, don’t know where they come in from even though goodknight is provided. Travel to and from room is difficult as you have to go in a car and the system is not streamlined so people jump the queue and you are simply waiting. When checking out, was asked to wait while they checked the minibar consumption. And they never even asked once for feedback on my stay so had to provide the feedback here.

Average Stay
While the property is good and very big but overall warrants for some upgradation. Also, the cost for food, adventure, stay does not justify the spend. Only increasing the cost does not bring in premium quality. Sports activities are good but again does not justify the cost. Think Jimmy Mistry has earned well and now it's time to give it back to society.

1. Food taste was not Upto the mark 2. Staff was very rude during morning breakfast, there were no proper arrangements done 3. there was a long wait for pick up from room till lobby as well 4. Service charge was added in food bill without our consent 5. Check in time was too long

Good Stay
This time was my second visit. Overall it was a good experience, very well maintained property. Staff is prompt in their service. Well decorated rooms. But this time I found a lot of mosquitoes inside the room as well. Rest all is very well managed including food.

Good Stay
The stay was comfortable, clean rooms, hygiene maintained etc. The adventure park is good for both kids and adults with lot of activities inside the park. Overall comfortable stay.

food was excellent.breakfast and all meals were authentic.property was very huge.well maintained.but I think service could have been improved.I mean to say every bill they have added service tax.and while questioning they said if you do not want to pay will waive it.i. means you are compelling customer to pay the amount because customer doesn't love to argue.it should be commanded rather demand.Got call in the evening at 7.45pm that since it's your first visit to this resort you will be given cake complementary.then I said to send it to room by 10 pm since we family were at adventure park that time .then till check out noone bothered to ask about it.Charge in MMT itself was variable every day.since the booking was non refundable stay was very costly. Another major thing there is adventure park in this resort which is the main attraction.Now check in time is 2pm.Till the time you get your room allotment it must be 2.30pm.so it's lunch time then after lunch you can not play so nap is advisable.Now when you start for adventure park for 70 activities you have to pay 2400/- per person and 7 pm is the closing hour .Now you think for a single day booking you can not njoy for minimum 2 days stay expense is too high. Any ways I came with my family for leisure and tried to njoy the fullest.
