I visited Della Resort for the second time after a gap of 6–7 years. Based on my previous experience, I decided to book again this year. We paid nearly ₹70,000 for a two-day stay, including food and accommodation.
Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The condition of the property appears to have deteriorated significantly. At around 3:00 AM, we had a very unpleasant experience with large monitor lizards, rats, and other pests around our room, which was both shocking and disturbing.
The room itself was in poor condition. As shown in the attached pictures, there were visible cracks, broken lamps, and several maintenance-related issues. For a premium resort that charges such high rates, the overall upkeep and attention to detail were far below expectations.
Della has built a strong reputation over the years, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. I sincerely hope the management takes these concerns seriously and invests in improving the maintenance and quality standards of the property.
