My stay at David residency was really nice. Clean and spacious rooms, and great hospitality. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

They Asked us to stay in next building wherein we booked the room in main building.

The rooms were good enough for a quick stay with Instant Geyser in rooms and AC. The wardrobes are open ones and bedsheets and pillow covers can be cleaner.

Hi We had a pleasant stay at Chettinad Manor. With staff and owner very helpful they guided us in informing about nearby places to visit and also gave us contact details of bike taxi. Breakfast was decent. Neat and clean rooms.

No room service. Interested only to get good reviews on both google and mmt app. No satisfaction with David residency. Because of budget concern is the only reason to choose david residency.

David Residency was an average stay and overall not very satisfying. The toilet had a very bad smell, which was uncomfortable. The room itself was okay, but it was very small with hardly any space. The ceiling fan was placed too low, and my head almost touched it, which felt unsafe. Cleanliness was poor — the floor was dirty and had a lot of hair. Service was just okay, nothing special. They provided towels and two water bottles. I checked in at 7:00 PM and checked out at 10:15 AM. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations
