Review Of Costa Riviera Hotel

The hotel is quite decent but not fit for the 4 star hotel segment, there are more issues inside those rooms than anywhere I have stayed so far, in one room water doesn't work in the commode, in the other room the fan speed setting knob was broken, had to change the room twice, no shampoo or conditioner, no iron box inside the room, limited water bottles, milk powder, sugar and coffee powder kept inside the room was very less can hardly serve a person, glasses and coffee mugs were not cleaned properly, mini bar's refrigerator's cooling was disappointing, no complimentary breakfast, room service food cost is very high and the dust on most of the areas inside the room, lights don't work properly. The issues were endless, if I travel to Varanasi in future I will definitely not stay in this hotel.

hotel is part of shopping complex. their main entrance is in lohamandi.. food is below average staff is a bit rude and adamant they tell other rate before buffet and then charge something else. hence please check before you settle the bill. rooms are ok

Great stay. Clean and large rooms. Very good furnishing. Good food. Cordial staff. No complaints. Has close proximity to ghats. Easy to get rickshaws.

The property is really good. We had food there and some light snacks also so food was really good as I can give a rating of around 5 out of 5 for snacks it was good. Incidentally, one of the rooms on the bedding was not clean up to the mark so we had to request and send them a reminder for changing and cleaning. Staff was really cooperative and responsive.

the location in lohamandi is a bit odd, else the hotel and staff are good, but food is very good! great value for money

Location is in narrow market lane. Average ambience. Room is small. Room service by Aman is subpar. Refused to clean dining after servicing food. Breakfast varieties are less. In all I don't recommend this hotel.

The hotel is overpriced. Food is overpriced and very average in taste. Breakfast was very basic. The room had a damp smell. I stayed in the Suit. It was to be a "luxury" room. They could not even provide Bisleri or Kenley water in a premium room! Had to remind the housekeeping staff and the reception staff several times to get the room serviced. Can't be charging 5 star rates for 2 star quality
