Excellent Stay
The stay was super comfortable, food too! The staff is super friendly and has a very quick response. Kudos to Ms Pooja, Mr Himanshu and Mr Harsh for providing such a smooth check-in process and helping throughout the stay.

Downgraded stay quality at Clarks Amer Jaipur
The reason for not recommending stay at clarks Amer is due to the following 1. My family and I got stuck in the hotel elevator for near 20 minutes. No alarm bell button; the call button was functional. Somehow contacted the hotel reception through a mobile call. Hotel staff didn't bother to express even an apology. 2. AC was not effective (Room No. 204) 3. Room service was poor. The answering staff expressed the unavailability of the asked-for food item(s), while it was made available after personally visiting the restaurant. 4. Room cleaning was average.

not worth it
Thought I was staying at a 5-star hotel but it wasn’t anything like that. Rooms were average, gave me sort of old vibes like I am staying at some 2-star hotel, bathrooms weren’t good either - small and unpleasant. Lifts weren’t working properly, almost stuck in the middle for a while. Only the facade, the restaurants, reception, and outside garden areas were good as the hotel has loads of land almost like a college campus. But yeah, not worth staying. At least keep your rooms maintained.

peace and greenery, lovely atmosphere
Whenever I visit Clark Amer in Jaipur, it feels like a home away from home. Good Stay
We had an amazing experience at this resort. The property is beautifully maintained, surrounded by nature, and offers a very calm and relaxing environment. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. It was truly a memorable and refreshing getaway. Good Stay
The room and staff was nice. I stayed for 4 days. The hotel Wi-Fi in my room had very bad signal. The staff were nice and gave a new router to boost the signal which helped but was still not very fast. Two of the 4 days when I had bath, hot water did not come from the shower. Apart from that, the breakfast was good. The staff was nice and helpful.

Average Stay
Experience was average. Nothing exciting about a 5 star hotel stay. Rooms are not well maintained and look outdated. Buffet was also average. Staff is polite and helpful. Property is pretty big but doesn’t look maintained as compared to the price per night. Although location of the hotel is really good. Value for money is not great.

Great location, nice hotel. Overall good value for money
Nice clean and specious rooms. Ample parking for cars. Location is quite convenient if you are travelling by air or want to explore chokhi dhani. Good spread for buffet breakfast. Only minor issue is maintenance of swimming pool. Overall good value for money.
