It’s not a hotel for professionals

The breakfast was pathetic, no paper napkins no timely servings for dinner. Strongly recommend to not to have food in this hotel.

Excellent service and staff behavior very polite and pleasant. Property was also neat and clean and rooms are spacious.

This hotel I chose because of the location where I had to go for work. Otherwise this hotel is in poor shape. It is very popularly known as Chaddar Palti Hotel. I do not want to expand more on to that, but it's like a replica of what we typically do. Services are average, nothing grand and spectacular for the money that they charged. The facilities are not worth that much. It's good for chadar quality activities. That's all I want to share at this stage. Not that I'm not going to stay in the future because the place where I have to go for work is close by. But yes, if I get an option, I'll definitely pick that up. The host hotel must better their reputation is what I would suggest. If you look at the approach, it looks in a deli condition and I'm sure they are having a decent amount of business. So I don't know why, but that's all the feedback I want to.

The room was pleasant...decently large sized room...the food was good too...just felt the hotel entrance was a bit unpleasant and needs maintenance...that’s all...otherwise the hotel is quite good

A lot of mosquitos and service are also the worst not happy ..very bad ..not worth the money ...upset

This hotel is like closed hotel. Nothing is maintained everywhere dust and dust. It appears to have been unused for a long time. If you happen to see something, you might feel it. Maybe this hotel was once good, but today? I wouldn't recommend staying here. And the price of the room is incredibly high. It's just not worth it.

Power cut twice and even generator cut off which disrupted our New Year morning sleep. Didn't experience like this ever in any hotel.

The location was fine but the property looked shady. The staff was understanding and supportive. But the rooms seemed outdated and not clean or maintained properly. We changed the room as we checked in and had to look through 3-4 rooms to fix on the less dirty or maintained one. The buffet area had cockroaches running around and the food options for buffet was limited and the quality was below average.

Best hotel for stay. Food quality is good and on make my to lot off hotels available and good option and rating is good

Worst experience I ever had, they showed a different room and provided a different room, they are not providing a key also.

Booked for a king size bed. Got two single beds. What’s the point of booking in advance? No connection in TV.

There were rats in the AC vent. The room was dirty, and there were definitely bed bugs. I had to order a bug repellent spray. It was not a pleasant experience at all. I had booked it for three days but checked out after the first night because of all this.

They do not keep water at reception . The so called GM and Front Desk staff were shabbily dressed. There is huge churning of staff. It yook them 15 mins to serve me water. Poor and tastelesd breakfast. I will never stay in any Centre Point property. Fit to be called a luxury lodge.

nice, hospitality is good. Without onion garlic food not available at time of breakfast. Overall cleaning and all are good. Staff is also good.

Good decent neat clean rooms and food services n housekeeping was also very good n was safe staying as we were all females seeing the hotel from outside can’t imagine that it will be so good n above standards hotel keep it up

Had a good stay at the Centre Point hotel Vashi. The rooms were very nice. The linen were clean. Toilet smelt nice. Most importantly The staff were courteous.

The prices and ratings doesn’t match at all Not worth the price . Hotel needs a complete renovation
