Review Of Carmelia Haven

I had a wonderful experience at Carmelia Haven Resort. The stay was truly pleasant, especially in the plunge pool villa—it offered great privacy and a perfect setting to relax and unwind. The food was excellent, with a variety of delicious options that made every meal enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the Ayurvedic massage—it was deeply relaxing and added a special touch to the whole experience. Overall, it was a refreshing and memorable getaway, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

The resort is having a lot of area for friends and family to roam around. Rooms are neat and clean and food is also good. All staff are very friendly

The place is so beautiful, serene and feels almost as if you're in a place meant to be called paradise.

the stay was excellent, rooms were very neat and huge. The bathroom was very huge. The staffs were very caring. loved the place and I recommend it.

I stayed with my wife and 3 years old daughter at Private pool villa at Carmelia Haven and it was an extraordinary wonderful experience staying there. The customer service that you get there was on top of the world along with great food, great facilities and calm atmosphere. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thanks to Carmelia staff for their excellent service

Location and food was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would be even better if they took some extra care to maintain facilities inside the room. And if a guided tour around the estate was arranged.

Rain water was dripping in the room, near the bed. Dinner was charged ₹1000 but not worthy. Many food items took time to refill .each room was provided only one umbrella

The food was good Location was very good. The bathroom could be improved a bit. The taps were very tight. The room didn’t have AC, but luckily weather was pleasant.

The location is very impressive, calm and quiet. Even though the resort has the best potential, we felt discomfort in many occasions. Cleanliness was the main issue we could never adjusted with. The frontage and interior of the room (Deluxe) was not at all clean and was full of dust and dirt. Also, the rooms were not having a lot of essential items when we arrived which shows the inefficiency of housekeeping section. We were surprised to see that pesticides for plants were sprayed in the nearby premises of the room in morning, which exhibits intense smell and indeed poisonous.

Excellent location, spacious and clean room and delicious food. I highly recommended this property.

Excellent food specially buffet dinner during Christmas eve, good loaction, scenic view, but amenities in room not there, no mini bar and mini fridge otherwise all superb

Carmelia haven is definitely one of the beautiful stay you will get in idukki. Surrounded by cardamom and coffee plantation, its really pretty y and serene. The service is best and rooms are also very comfortable and spacious. Everything is at its best

Very calm well maintained property. Staffs are vwry pleasant and helpful. Good place to getaway from the crowd place. Am happy to recommend this place.

Super location. Stay in treehouse. Good ambience. Food is also good. Staff are coperative. Aminities inside room can be improved.
