Review Of Caravela Beach Resort

Caravelle Beach Resort is lovely, but beware of room assignments! We paid more for a superior room, but got the same as a lower-tier booking. No elevator either.

The place is very beautiful, sophisticated and very hygienic. Overall service, hospitality everything is wonderful.

As always, stay was fantastic, food is delicious and services are very prompt. Location of property is on the beach which makes the stay excellent.

Direct Access to the beach extremely clean supportive staff, good food, there is also an in house DJ as well as several bars

The hotel is good but needs further maintenance in certain areas like the restaurant, lake area and bathrooms. The service definitely has to improve especially at the restaurant. Rooms are neat, well maintained and services such as taxi, beach bar, pool are all well kept. Overall a good stay which has potential to become excellent by addressing the flaws.

Location is beautiful connected to beach, property is clean well maintained. Staff is polite humble and experienced.

Pros: The front office staff are very detail oriented and attentive. Most of them are polite and courteous. Food was good. Pool was excellent. Beach access was a plus point. The decor was pretty and the gardens are well maintained. Cons: We did not get the pool view room as shown/described, the room provided was good but the view was a bit disappointing we could hardly see the pool. House Keeping staff are doing a good job however they can do even better with more training and guidance.

Excellent 5 Star property, loads of open spaces and amenities to enjoy. The beach is just amazing, if you are a beach person, look no further! Breakfast spread was pretty good, complimentary meals for kids were a plus. Overall, great service and stay.

Had a great experience in Caravela especially I would like to callout Chef Satyanarayan Ji accompanied by Dinesh and also Bishnu, Nigel and Nupur for taking excellent care of my 7 month old. They made our stay very memorable. The food was very delicious and I highly recommend anyone coming to the resort to book the stay along with food.

This is my 5th visit and for me Goa is Caravela I had come here with my family for celebrating my 11th wedding anniversary and a break from my office routine... They not only celebrated my anniversary with all the zest but as we checked in we were given a cake and some flowers so they are the masters of hospitality my kid 8 years old were so much involved in the activity center which is conducted for kids by the management at Caravela... she did glass painting, horticulture class, even cooking with the head chef as an activity.. Caravela is surrounded by trees and in front with the beach where it's just a picture we keep in mind until we come next year... the staff works hard the security is top notch and food is great. Caravela is my only place for peace and good vibes in Goa!

the property is best in class with separate beach (known for white sand beach) and providing excellent variety in breakfast menu, as well as having travelled with an infant - they provided complimentary and unmatched meals for our kid. a must visit resort with best pool and beach view resort so far

Check in was poor, the staff was the worst I ever met. The kitchen only had south Indian food that was eatable. The pool is too deep to swim.

Our recent stay at Caravela Beach Resort, Goa, was genuinely one of the most relaxing and memorable resort experiences we have had. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, everything was handled with warmth, professionalism, and great attention to detail.

While the property is perfectly located on the beach and is nicely maintained, there were some issues with the ground staff during our stay. 1. We were informed that toddler meals were complimentary, which was appreciated. We do not mind paying if charges apply, but it was disappointing that at the restaurants we were repeatedly reminded about what was payable and what was not. Later, after settling the bills, we noticed that all toddler meals had been added to the final bill. I would request the property management not to make such commitments unless they can be consistently honored, as it creates confusion and disappointment for guests. 2. When traveling with a toddler, many other five-star property usually help by packing a few food items for the child for the onward journey, mainly from a hygiene perspective. However, the management here had a different approach and declined this request. From a parent’s perspective, this is about ensuring safe and hygienic food for the journey. If the hotel wishes to charge for such a service, that is understandable, but a complete denial to a reasonable request was disappointing. Other than these concerns, the property ambiance is good, strategically located, and the facilities, including the pool and overall upkeep, are very good.

worst hotel only house keeping, gate keeper staff and security staff is approachable. rest all other people are busy in their life. 3 star hotel is better than this hotel

had a good experience with customer support. when we checked in there allotting a room which led to a lot of delay but they not only apologised but made up for it by upgrading us to a suite. that's going beyond just saying g sorry. another incident when our kid got pain at onhis clothes due to no signage in a newly painted swing, they made sure to send the clothes to laundry and offer dinner from their end. the overall management, I think could be better so that guest do not have a bad experience in the first place. but I appreciate they acknowledged it and compensated for it.

The spacious room, with well maintained greenery and amazing buffet breakfast and dinner. The beach is almost connected to the property. The activities planned for children were great too. Overall a great stay. My senior parents loved it too. Swimming pool was well maintained.
