Very bad experience for me I went here for relaxation relax toh maa bahen kar di just waste of money and time only Hotel services are good night mei ac kaam hi nahi karta hai and went u check out plz see the bills because they charge extra activities which we didn’t use also thanx

Obviously property and location of property is fascinating, in summer it will look like a heaven, lots of staff available always nearby you and regarding safety the guards all available at each point, staff is very humble, and well Trend.

Ok Soo I liked the place But the thing is with the same amount I would have experienced a more beautiful place I feel Its kind of costly that is not the problem but the nature around it does not make justice to the worth So Yes Also food is very costly I wanted to have soup that was also very expensive Otherwise place is good But Just a thing that It can be more prettier with the amount of money that we are spending on it

Overcharging- and failing to provide refund following a double debit.

We stayed at Dove cottages (24th checkin - 25th checkout). At the time of checkout we paid (extra charges for sports and meal) through UPI, which got successful from our side but hotel’s side showed some error. Then we paid the same amount through a credit card, which was successful. I was told by the front desk Manager that if there is any charge from the first transaction, it will automatically be reversed. This has not happened so far. I sent them and email, and also called a few times. But there is no response. Avoid this resort.

Had been there for our Anniversary celebration and it was fantastic. Stay : Had stayed in Woodpecker cottage and it was perfect for my kid as he could get down easily and play in the lawn area Food : While the package did not include Lunch or Dinner, we could order from their inhouse restaurant and it was perfect Other Activities : - Jetski, boat riding is what we tried and it was perfect - ATV ride while we had to pay a good amount but the jungle ride in ATV was a really good experience People/staff : - I just have one word for them they are all good people - Always there and make sure help is given - They also had given a special place for us to sit and decorated the table for our anniversary day All in all a superb experience and we will definitely be going again. Thank you everyone at the resort.

Poor Stay

The location was good but the service was pathetic!!! Staff needs to be good!! The onpoint service we get in 5 star was missing! Hot water was not there even putting geyser on for 1 hr.. wifi network was very very weak and the network would disconnect frequently..the food was average!!! They failed to welcome us with garland which i saw in other ... the boat ride is just 5 mins you reach destination when you settle!! Not worth the money!!! Kids swimming pool was not clean at all.. there were leaves dead insects in water!!! The water was very cold even in midafternoon.. Overall not happy with stay and do not recommend the same!!!
