Location was convenient, food was decent and did the job. But the amenities & services? Pure disappointment wrapped in a “call-from-room” nightmare. Hospitality felt like it had taken a permanent vacation. The biggest letdown — and the most irritating part of the entire stay — was the water-bottle drama. We had booked with water bottles included, yet not a single one ever appeared. Every request was met with the same robotic reply: “Sir, please call 9… or 131… or any other extension from your room.” So we called. Again and again. From the room phone, exactly as instructed. And then? Radio silence. No callback, no knock on the door, no bottle, no apology — just the most frustrating game of “we’ll-ignore-you-properly” I’ve ever played. It turned a simple need into a daily comedy of errors that left us thirsty, annoyed, and wondering why we were paying for service that didn’t exist. The property had everything on paper… except the one thing that actually matters — people who actually reciprocate when you follow their own instructions. Never again.
