Review Of Brownstar Boutique Hotel

The stay was not satisfactory. We had booked a room with a single double bed, but were given two single beds instead. When we raised this with the manager, the response was rude and unhelpful. We also contacted MakeMyTrip support, but they were unable to reach the hotel as the calls were not answered. The hotel did offer another room, but it appeared to be unused for a long time. It was dusty, the bathroom was extremely small, and exposed wiring was visible, which did not feel safe or comfortable. We eventually stayed in the initially provided room, but even that had noticeable dust and the overall building looked old with visible cracks in several places. When we requested an extra water bottle, we were told it was out of stock. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not recommendable.

Stayed at property for 2nights on business visit to chennai. Location is average, in-room dine was of decent taste, never tried their buffet in morning. Amenities need to be maintained broken water taps, inefficient shower, not hot water. Hygiene part was poor and I could see cockroaches here and there which was very uncomfortable. Staff were polite, checkin was smooth, attached bar was convenient for easy goes. Overall it was decent and I feel I won’t prefer it again.

It's the perfect place to stay if you have exam at exam @ pro-metric centre. It's the closest hotel to centennial square building. Ambience is good with nice south indian complimentary breakfast. Overall i had a nice stay.

I reached an hour before, and the receptionist asked me to pay 500 rs extra. I was ok with it, but he said, no bill would be provided for that, because of which i said no. So i had to wait until it was 12. The washroom doesn't have a hand washer. They give old school soap and poor quality shampoo. Food was good, but breakfast area was too small and conjusted. Too expensive for the quality of the room they provided. Ac was not working properly, hot water was not hot at all. Breakfast was mediocre.

Very good place to comfort stay hygienic food and room service.

All staff and room service was excellent. We feel like we are in our own home. All facilities are extended in spite of heavy rains and cyclone out side. I recommend my friends to stay here for 100 percent safe and comfort.

Unhinged place, bad quality linens, complimentary breakfast is ok ok, not maintained properly. Water was not go enough for bathing, what ever they charged is too high, there is no parking place for not more than 4 cars

Enjoyed stay. Only one thing observed negative is that hotel not provided tooth brush, tooth paste & shaving kit during our stay

It was a pleasant stay, good hospitality and nice food (especially the breakfast. The time i reached they verified my id and completed the procedure within couple of minutes. No delays.

I booked and paid money to mmt and have a reservation. After going to hotel, front office guy told there are no rooms. Then mmt customer care for him and he told he will give me room and made me wait half an hour. After that he told some associate of a are rahman is there and he is extending stay and i can't give you room. They serve only vip and there associates. Reservation of ordinary person is like a toilet paper to them. Luckily mmt helped me to find another place to stay.
