Excellent Stay
Hotel Bloom Katra is centrally located with access to great eating points relishing the best at Katra. Bloom rooms are neat, a little small for a three member family but adequate for two. Service is quick. They serve satvik veg food with good taste. Best for the money spent.

Though it was a short stay. But had a great stay. This is my second time on this property. Walking distance from parchi stand. Right in the middle of main bazaar. The food is also good and reasonable. The staff is good and courteous.

Terrible Stay
When I checked in on 28th morning, I got a room which was not clean, urine present in WC, bedsheets were not clean and kept untidy, shower and floor were wet, toothpaste and hair on sink.

We had a wonderful stay at Bloom Hotel Katra, and the experience was truly made special by the amazing team. A special thanks to Amit (Front Office) for his warm welcome and seamless assistance throughout our stay. His professionalism and friendly approach set the perfect tone from the moment we arrived. We also appreciate Karan (F&B) for his excellent service and attention to detail. He ensured that every dining experience was comfortable and enjoyable. A big shoutout to Shaval (Housekeeping) for maintaining impeccable cleanliness and ensuring our room was always perfectly arranged. His dedication did not go unnoticed. Good Stay
Everything is good apart from food. Staff is very humble and supportive, excellent location. The only thing we felt which is not good is the food offered at this place. Will surely stay here if I am coming again to Vaishno Devi.

The stay was very comfortable, and we truly appreciated the early check-in—it made our experience even smoother. The amenities provided were more than sufficient, and the hospitality was warm and welcoming. However, the food quality was below average. It’s advisable to opt for a stay without the breakfast plan.

Good stay in katra
1. Location is excellent. 5 mins walk from main square. 2. Unlimited mineral water provided. Good selection of tea and coffee in the room. 3. Bed is comfortable. 4. AC works well. 5. Bathroom is clean but becomes full of water after bath due to inefficient shower curtain. 6. Ceiling fan makes noise and looks broken.

The service of the hotel is not good. They didn't have fresh food in the buffet. The food was cold and not fresh. Idlies served in breakfast were stale.

I was given a discount of 15% off on food orders with hotel. But upon asking multiples times and showing the discount mentioned in mmt booking invoice i was not given discount. The hotel was indeed good and clean but guests expect to have what was promised. Also the food was overly priced and quality was poor

There was no ventilation in the room. It felt damp and choked. TV remote battery was not replaced upon being requested several times.

The location is ideal as the hotel is located 5-6 km away from the entry gate. The hotel has spacious rooms but amenities and facilities are limited. Economical meal options are available nearby with a wider variety.

A good hotel, well mannered staff, clean rooms. The location of the hotel is also favorable as it is close to Vaishno Devi entrance and in the nearby vicinity many good options of restaurants are available.
