Excellent stay and polite staff! Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Indore. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. A special mention to the staff—they were incredibly polite, decent, and professional throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

This was my third time to book a stay with the Best western plus indore. And every time I stepped inside the hotel I am amazed by the hospitality and the polite nature of staff and they also offer me a suite room which I wasn’t expecting at the end it was great experience.

We had a very good experience at Best Weatern Plus Indore. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and it was a superb experience throughout our stay. The facilities provided were excellent, and the valet service was very good. Housekeeping and daily cleaning were done properly every day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would gladly give a 5-star rating.

Food and water was not hygienic at all. They gave us unsealed water bottles which we drank and all 5 members had vomiting and diarrhoea. Very disappointed with service. They had very few guests in the hotel. Now I think why they had no guests.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times during my recent visits to Indore, mainly because of its excellent location and connectivity to major business areas. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, business travelers should note that some room categories do not have a proper work desk, which can be slightly inconvenient for those who need to work from the room. During this stay, the management was kind enough to upgrade my room after my request for a proper working table, which I truly appreciated. Food quality continues to be good, and that remains one of the reasons I prefer staying here. However, I noticed that the restaurant, especially during dinner hours, has become much less lively compared to my previous stays. Earlier, the buffet used to attract many guests from both inside and outside the hotel. Personally, I feel the concern is not with the food but more with the overall dining experience and guest interaction in the restaurant. Most staff members are polite and attentive, though a slightly warmer and more engaging service approach from senior restaurant staff could further improve the guest experience. Overall, still a reliable and comfortable business hotel in Indore with excellent location advantages. I would continue staying here and hope to see the F&B experience improve further in future visits.

Nice stay in room! Breakfast services were not up to the mark. I asked the lady to get me black tea, she just vanished so I got up to pour it for myself. When I came back, the plate on which I was having breakfast still had food on it that vanished too... who does that?

Really a bad hotel. Rooms are dirty. Not recommended

The rooms were clean, but the restaurant and the reception area have so many mosquitoes that it was impossible to sit or relax. The pricing for the food and restaurant is also that of a five star property whereas it is not even a three star property. They really need to reconsider the pricing and make it value for worth. Otherwise, the rooms are clean. The staff was very welcoming, but maintenance can be improved, and more importantly, the pricing is super expensive and not at all worth.

The hotel rooms were clean but the restaurant has too many mosquitoes that it’s impossible to relax or sit. The food and snacks are overpriced and they are charging a 5 Star Property rates. Pricing is not at all worth. Overall clean rooms, nice hotel but need to work on pricing and hygiene.

I had a great experience at Best Western Plus Indore. Overall, everything was excellent and deserves a 5/5 rating from the service to the room quality and overall ambiance. The only minor issue I noticed was in the washroom area of Room 314, where there was some water clogging and it tended to remain accumulated. However, I would like to mention that we did not raise a complaint during our stay as it did not cause any significant inconvenience. I just felt it was important to highlight this point in the review for improvement. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location is good. Food is good. Ambience is good. Room was beautifully laid. Staff was courteous. Check-out is a bit flexible which is a good thing. Recommend

Stayed at Best Western Plus Indore. Well-located for business travel. Clean, comfortable rooms with good amenities. Food quality is good though menu is limited. Service is prompt and professional. A reliable, value-for-money stay.

I didn't feel safe as single woman. few guests drunked and partying that disturbed me and made me feel unsafe.however receptionist upgraded my room to suit room immediately. but I don't recommend this hotel to single woman or family.

We stayed in this hotel when it was named Country Inn, and its breakfast is still the same as in the last 15 years.
