The hotel was nice. The room was nice. The experience was very good when I reached the room. The fan is not working after 14 hours. When will it start working?

Best experience. It has swimming pool, TV and many more which give nice experience.

Bathroom is 3rd class and we are 5 guest with 1 child ...we have taken double bed ...2 beds...and they are providing only 2 towels as they are for 1 bed we give only one towel and 2 bed we give two towels,what's logic is this I don't get,worst experience of hotel booked from make my trip.

I am staying this problem from a long time when I visit Digha. Excellent property with polite and courteous staff.

Room quality is very good, but WiFi range is very poor and not working. Otherwise, all are good, and this hotel also has an inbuilt restaurant. The restaurant food is very good and also priced cheap compared to outside street dhabas. Food room delivery is available, and dining tables are available to eat food in the group floor. The hotel rent is very cheap, and the service is good. This hotel also has a swimming pool. Overall, all is good, except for WiFi.

Room was not very clean. Room service person was not available there for cleaning the rooms.

We faced some issues with the room initially, as it did not match what was shown at the time of booking. However, I would like to mention that some of the hotel staff were friendly and tried to help us. Overall, the experience was mixed—good staff behavior, but the room facilities could be improved

I stayed for one night. First of all if I talk about hygiene of course it is not up to the mark. The room was average and especially if I speak about the in house restaurant services it was very pathetic and charges are comparatively very high in order to food quality and hotel staff were asking for tips during check in and check out

Really good. The behavior of all staff is cooperative. It is near the sea beach. Lift service is available. The meal is good. Security guard is available

Me and my family members all plan to visit Digha I chose Beach Point Hotel but when I checked in I found lots of stains on Bed Sheets and the night staffs are very rude No one on reception only one security guard sitting on reception and other one I don't know his designation but he was drunk. When my father requested one extra blanket they started arguing with my father even they tried to fight with me.

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The staff intentionally delayed the lift service and even closed the main entrance gate around 10 PM, which caused a lot of inconvenience to the guests. Their behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my stay. To make things worse, they charged extra for an early check-in of just 2 hours — even though the room was already vacant and ready. This clearly shows a lack of hospitality and customer care. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful stay. Management seriously needs to improve their attitude and basic service standards.
