Dear MakeMyTrip Support Team,
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my hotel booking made through MakeMyTrip.
Booking ID: NH29156454725090
Hotel: Avasa Hotel
Check-in Date: 30 December 2025
I arrived at the hotel around 2:00 PM and approached the reception for check-in. However, I was informed that a non-smoking room was not available, and because of this, I was not allowed to check in at the standard check-in time.
As of now, I am still waiting for the room, despite having a confirmed booking. This delay has caused significant inconvenience and wasted time. Since the booking was confirmed and fully paid, I expected the room to be ready at the promised check-in time.
I request MakeMyTrip to:
1. Immediately intervene with the hotel to arrange my check-in, or
2. Provide appropriate compensation/refund for the inconvenience caused due to the delay.
Please treat this matter as urgent and provide a prompt resolution.
