average stay. very costly food.
The stay was average. Food was very costly almost at the price of a five star. The property is so far from civilization that you have to forcefully dine there and pay hefty bills. The staff was good. Especially Ms Meenu Bisht went all out to make our stay good. The resort had just two rooms occupied and we requested for an upgrade which was turned down due to rigid hotel policies.

Excellent Stay
Situated 5 km away from Palampur town amidst the beautiful mountains, it's a peaceful and relaxing location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff from the reception and the restaurant were warm and looked after us well. Food was very good too. Overall, if you are looking for a peaceful getaway, it's an ideal choice.

Palampur stay away from the city Chaos
The place is no less tha heaven with stunning views and natural beauty to enjoy in abundance.It is away from the town but is still approachable but once you get inside you will not like to leave the property . The chef is awesome and prepares everything very nicely . The staff is courtesy and very friendly . Two things they should work on service is very slow and food gets cold when it reaches the room . I hope they would work on it .

Not a likeable stay.
I booked one night stay at Araiya through MakeMyTrip on my friend’s suggestion but after stay i told my friend not to suggest it to other friends. Araiya was a luxurious and comfortable stay but it was very hard to approach there. The surrounded scenario is good but it feels like a jail, once you reach there you are disconnected from world. No public transport or taxi available other than Araiya’s itself. Staff was humble and informative. Food was ok but can be better. Market, hospital and every essential facilities are faaaar from hotel. I would not recommend it until you want to waste your money. Not worth money.

Good Stay
Pros: 1) Mind-blowing food - the best feature of the resort. The restaurant staff is also very hospitable and will ensure you are extremely happy. 2) Very nicely maintained boutique property, location is little isolated but once you reach, it's quite worth the travel. Cons: The kids zone has very limited option (not expected from this kind of a property) and all options like PS5, Board games need serious overhauling. If it was not for the scanty kids zone, would have probably rated it 5/5.

It was great experience staying in araiya palampur . The property was well maintained and have mesmerising views of valley . Rastaurant and buffet service was not good they take soo much time to prepare foor and buffet is not up to the mark .

Well maintained property! Nice location. Very courteous staff! Food quality is decent and menu is a decent spread. They let you park near the room too! Not for all rooms though. Gym is in smashingly new condition. Kids zone is a good time pass zone with play station and other games.

Excellent Property but average food
We booked a Deluxe room for 3 Nights via MMT and had a decent experience. The resort is located at a very beautiful location and has breathtaking views.. the size of the room is although small as per the tariff.. the one thing that can be improved is the quality of food items as I found it to be average as per the standards of the resort.. if you are planning to visit Palampur and willing to spend 10-12k per night then this one would be one of the best options available.

Our palampur trip was planned totally based on the resort. And it met all my expectations. Beautiful property, secluded, heated pool, good food and spacious rooms. We had booked the deluxe suite and it was excellent. Would definitely recommend this place.
