Very beautiful property there’s greenery everywhere, rooms and pool are well maintained. It would be a dream property if it was nearer to the beach. There are cafes and beach 1.5-2km away. Food and service was top notch at Auram. Thank you for a lovely time Amritara staff

I had a very bad experience in this hotel. The accommodation was poor. The bed looked like a very old wooden type with zero comfort. The room curtain had a bad smell. The bedroom and washroom were not maintained properly. The hot water showers were also not working properly. When we went to dinner at night, they served us stale rice, tasteless soup, and we ordered gulab jamun, and after eating it, it was literally like rubber, very hard to bite. For breakfast, we got a limited number of items to eat, and all of them had zero taste. The food quality was very poor. Don't stay in this hotel. The price is too high compared to the room and food quality.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was average. The property is small and there isn’t a lot to do within the hotel itself. Only a few indoor games near the pool area. Having your own vehicle helps, as you can drive to the nearby beach.
The highlight of the stay was definitely the spa. Special mention to Asi, the massage therapist —the experience was excellent and very relaxing.

It was a great experience at this resort. It’s actually a true value for money. It’s so peaceful and calming which actually made our stay special. Also, the location is really nice. Looks good in photos but the amenities or the services are nowhere like a 5 star resort. A simple restaurant with a very few items, gym with just a few cardio machines, spare beds lying around and what not. We booked a stay for 4 days and first, they tried to give us a lower room type but when I kind of asked for my booking details, then gave us a correct room. Even after staying there for 4 nights, they did not have a seat for us during new year gala dinner.

Seating for the Gala Dinner was managed strictly based on confirmed reservations and venue capacity, especially during peak New Year demand. We regret if this caused any inconvenience despite our sincere efforts to accommodate all guests .
