Our stay at Abad Brookside was an absolute dream, nestled right in the heart of the wilderness. From the top-tier service to the delicious food, every aspect of the experience was fantastic. The property itself is massive, featuring a beautiful natural stream and a huge variety of both indoor and outdoor activities to keep you entertained. The nightly campfire was a definite highlight—truly a "wow" moment—and there’s nothing quite like waking up to the peaceful sound of birds chirping. If you’re looking for a getaway, this place is a must-visit!

They didn't have air conditioner in hotel room. And rooms were also not up to the standards of a 4 star hotel. Not even the property. Highly disappointed with the stay. Worst nightmare

A serene and peaceful getaway surrounded by beautiful natural scenery—perfect for a quick family vacation. The place offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere throughout the day, making it ideal if you're looking to unwind rather than engage in high-energy activities. The staff are extremely courteous and welcoming, and the hygiene and cleanliness standards are top-notch. One thing to note: the last stretch of the road is quite rough and feels like a proper off-road trail. You can call the property for a downhill pickup if you prefer not to drive your car through that terrain.

We had spent great time and the view of the balcony was very good and the food was very delicious and we felt great.

Additionally, the food quality was below average, with limited options and taste that didn’t match the standard one would expect from such a property. In summary, while the location and infrastructure are impressive, improvements in service quality and dining experience are needed to make the stay truly satisfying.

We had a pleasant stay at Abad Brookside, Wayanad. Resort location is gorgeous quite place and rooms are neat and clean. Food is tasty, thanks to all teams who worked hard-behind to provide great hospitality! Would recommend this to others! Hopefully I may visit again.

The resort was decent overall, but the STP smell in many areas was quite disappointing. Breakfast was okay. Also, once you reach the resort, you’re unlikely to want to go anywhere else—the last 2.5 km approach road is in very poor condition and feels like an off-road stretch.

It's hard to get to the location, food is okay, but the facility is below average.

the way to resort is poor and it is almost 3km from main road, if you took your car that way, your car will have some kind of damage that is sure, food is very average or below average and lacks varieties, free breakfast is also poor it's all the same each day. Rooms were very clean we stayed for 4 days and service was also clean but rooms are not safe as it is the middle of forest especially the windows and no heater facilities in room as in night it gets very cold. Staff was also ok and good.

Very good ambience and location. Initial stretch is offroad, they also provide pick up from the highway in jeep with dedicated parking available near the highway. Check in advance if buffet dinner is available, we didn't get buffet as not many rooms were booked while we visited. Apart from that everything good service.

The resort's standout feature is its stunning, peaceful location deep within the forest. The constant sound of the flowing brook creates an incredibly soothing atmosphere. Note: Be prepared for the last 2-2.5 km access road, which is rough/off-road terrain. The resort usually offers complimentary pickup/drop-off services from the main road, which is highly recommended. What truly set Abad Brookside apart was the exceptional service. The staff members were unfailingly polite, professional, and genuinely eager to help. From the smooth check-in process to the prompt room service, their hospitality made me feel truly valued as a guest. They were always available with a smile to answer questions and ensure my needs were met. The dining experience was another major plus. Mind the price of the dishes because it is a little bit expensive. The hotel restaurant serves a fantastic variety of dishes. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

It was amazing experience of staying here. Next time whenever I visit Wayanad I will stay in Brookside. I wasn't willing to go anywhere after staying. Staff were very cooperative.
