Comfortable Stay and Helpful Staff

We had a comfortable stay at Clarion. Cozy and well furnished rooms. My family reached by 8am and requested for early check-in. Front office staff was very cooperative and provided a room by 10am. We had booked triple occupancy and requested for a bed instead of just a mattress on floor. They checked if they had any and immediately provided the cot. Whenever we asked for extra tea coffee sachets or towels was provided without saying a no. The breakfast was always tasty and hot. However, they need to provide more options since menu is repetitive. An odd thing I noticed was them wanting to close breakfast by 10.30am. Staff used to start winding up things much ahead of the closing time. Highlight of this place is staff who are ever ready to provide service with a smile. They are better trained than most people working at 5 star Clarion Hotel Hyderabads.

The Clarion Hotel Hyderabad’s location is very good, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The Clarion Hotel Hyderabad itself has two restaurants, one of which is a café. Both serve very good food, and the prices are reasonable as well. The breakfast spread is good, but I stayed there for a week and noticed that it didn’t change much—it was almost the same every day. Additionally, the dessert options at breakfast are quite limited. This is the only area that could be improved. Apart from this, everything else is good.

The Clarion Hotel Hyderabad ambience is excellent, and I coordinated with Srilatha during my stay. She did a wonderful job and went above and beyond to make my experience special. She perfectly understood what I wanted without me having to explain everything in detail, and she arranged a lovely surprise for me. I truly appreciate her effort and professionalism. It’s an excellent Clarion Hotel Hyderabad with outstanding service.

Property food was good. Everything was awesome. The only suggestion which I would mention is that they don’t escort guests to their room during the first check-in to ensure everything is fine, which other Clarion Hotel Hyderabads do.
