Property location and amenities are amazing. Beachfront view from suite was a treat to eyes everytime curtains were drawn off. Couple of opportunities- wind sound in the suite is too noisy at times and irritating, Telephone and bins not available in living room.

It’s one of the best hotels I have stayed around the world with the biggest and the best pool that I have experienced along with amazing food served with their very attentive staff and very co operative chefs especially their head chef “Uttam”…..I will definitely try visiting this hotel again

It is a great hotel with a perfect location. Pool and beach are just where you’d like it. For indians, it’s easy to find indian food options. One of the head chef is indian as well. They put separate section for indian food altogether.

old hotel and room, too much noise of renovations inside, bathroom door can't close, bad air conditioning, hopeless receptionists who delayed to connect to bellboy to get my baggages, no toiletries at the bathtub, dirty plates, floors, dining room ceilings. overall - pathetic stay

With the beach next to the hotel, the property is a must visit, at least for Indians. The hotel had an Indian restaurant and also separate corner for Indians in breakfast buffet. It is walking distance from VINPEARL and they also provide shuttle for all the attractions and eve for airport

It was a great experience staying at Sheraton Phu Quoc. The property is very well located for all the popular activities. The food at all the Restaurants is very good, even the Indian food, although the choice is limited.

shereton is an absolutely great experience...most of the iconic places are also within the nearby vicinity so in a way you do not have to travel much. the shuttle buses every hour adds more to the experience of the stay. The private beach is with the time spent...go for it without any second thought.

It’s a beautiful hotel located next to the vinpearl complex. The rooms are clean and spacious with all amenities. The staff is very courteous especially mint in the Lobby and Aditiya in the restaurant. Hotel provides free shuttle bus from and to the airport (we didn’t know this). One must book it as the hotel is 25 km from the airport. Hotel also provides free shuttle service to the vinpearl world, safari and grand world etc. Furthermore they also have a team to book the tickets for the attractions.. Beach is clean and maintained...Pool has a wonderful pool bar. Overall a great hotel to stay in phu quoc!! I recommend it!!

Staff were not polite except Arjun who was helpful, experienced rude behaviour from pool staff, dosa counter Indian cook was good though

We stayed at the Sheraton for 4N, 5D - we had 4 elderly parents and 1 kid with us. We reserved the 3BR villa. The entire stay was amazing - resort location, amenities, beach access, the pool, efficient buggy service. Mr. Mint at the check in was super helpful - he always gave his inputs on how our day was planned. The entire staff at the hotel property was very cordial. Chef Uttam and his team do a great job at ensuring that Indian guests are treated with great food - both at breakfast and at their Indian cuisine restaurant. Special call out to Aditya & Arjun, who tolerated our specific asks related to the food. These names come in at the top of my head, but EVERY staff member at the resort did their best to make our stay memorable. Kudos, we will definitely be coming back for this level of hospitality.

The hotel was huge and awesome. The rooms were super comfy, and the staff was really nice and helpful, especially Ms. Katherine. The hotel offers free pick up and drop to the airport and other places.

The real was really amazon with a beautiful ocean view room. The view from 7th floor was on another level and the staff was so helpful. It’s a nice place to chill and relax. Special mention to spa team, they were amazing. And a lon outstanding mention to wok and curries staff, joe, justin and akhilesh. They were very helpful and readily customising menu as per our need. It was an amazing stay in toto.
