The hotel is centrally located, in old city on a very peaceful and quiet lane. Staff is very helpful, room and bathroom comfortable. An easy chair and more space for wardrobe would complete the comfort needs. Food quality served in rooms need improvement. Stayed in november 2024.

The hotel has a very good buffet breakfast, by far the best we have had in our whole turkey trip. The ground floor of the hotel has been very aesthetically remodel-led but the room areas are quite run down & old looking. Car parking charges are a bit steep.

Most of the staff were just about adequately helpful but must mention our service person tehsin who was exceptionally brilliant in service, conversation and helpfulness. The Holiday Inn Istanbul - Old City has a very good buffet breakfast, by far the best we have had in our whole turkey trip. The ground floor of the Holiday Inn Istanbul - Old City has been very aesthetically remodel-led but the room areas are quite run down & old looking. Car parking charges are a bit steep.
