There was an overall sense of poor service. The first room we checked into smelt like milk and food so we had to be relocated to the next room which smelt a little rusty as well. There were no towels and to get them we had to walk out all the way to their office which is located in the front. This goes for anything you need. When our water ran out, they said they didn't have extra bottles so we had to get them from a nearby store. Not sure if there is another way to reach them on the phone but we weren't made clear on that. The apartments look quite modern and chic with great appliances so can't complain there. Good location for a group to have late nights and a private place to themselves. Rooms felt quite average.

It was a bad experience, our foods, cheese, butter, chocolates and beverages stored in the fridge were stolen. And there was no solution given by the hotel. Also we need to fight to get daily amenities like toiletries, we were staying for 8 nights, but soaps, shampoos, and such stuffs were not given daily. They gave only twice for the whole 9 days stay. Bad experience will not recommend, especially for couples. They are leaving the common hall for private bachelor parties, where guys drink.
