I had very wonderful experience with thu is hotel. The is commendable. I had been to multiple 5 star hotels in multiple cities of 8 countries. And I am not exaggerating but this staff was the most polite and professional with positive vibes. The location and view from this hotel is fantastic. Everything seems nearby from here. Many good Indian restaurants are in a walking distance. Must Recommend. Kudos to the hotel staff.

its not a 4star hotel. it serves quite good breakfast. the location was extremely nice having indian restaurants near by. I booked a car in this hotel for airport drop at 2AM , which never appeared. The person in the reception was sleeping and was very unhappy with us. we booked through grab then and contacted Mr. Edward of hotel , through whom I booked halong bay ( nicely arranged in best rate ) and also the airport cab. he told car is coming in 5minutes but at that time we left for airport. He paid the grab driver directly and was very embarrassed. he also helped when we reached danag with a hotel for hourly stay (;as check in time in our hotel was 2pm and we reached at 6.30am) . overall staffs were very helping. the biggest cone is the reception is at 1st floor and you have climb a stiff stair and then the lift. its a real problem for senior persons with leg pain and cardio problem. room was big and good but it should have a proper cup board.

While it is easy to miss the hotel entrance, once you are in, it’s a nice cosy place. Very nicely done lobby entrance with a beautiful crystal chandelier. Staff is also polite and courteous. English speaking staff is a big plus.

I stayed at hanoi harmonia hotel for 3 days in oct 24, hotel is situated in middle of old quarters and provide good access to rail street as well as beer street, indians could also find good indian restaurant nearby, to name one of my favorite rk spice indian restaurant, its having authentic indian taste, veg as well non veg food i have booked all my travel and sight seeing booking through hotel only and am quite satisfied with the service, specially would like to praise mr edward lee who helped me alot in booking trip to haling bay, nine bin h and travel to sap a. Majority of hotel rooms are not having balcony which is understandable due to its location in old quarters, rest food, location and staff are good, i recommend this to travelers

Likewise tea kit for making milk tea was not available in the room nor at the restaurant. Same need to be provisioned for enhancement of customer satisfaction. Breakfast spread was good.
