    The hotel doesn’t keep drinking water in the room. The reception staff is rude

    Terrible infrastructure and front end staff behaviour

    The heater was not working. Despite repeated complaints the hotel staff refused to send someone to the room and check. The front desk staff was impolite and uncooperative. Finally, after a lot of haggling they gave another room at 1am. The staff should check the room esp things like heater and AC before they give the room to customers. Totally unacceptable experience.

    Superb stay

    Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Check-in and out was smooth and fast. Location of the hotel is great. Circulator bus stop is just a few steps away. There are many restaurants and shopping options nearby. Breakfast is really good coffee/tea available at the lobby always. From front desk to housekeeping all the staff was great too. Cleanliness is superb.

    Very good place to stay

    Very good place to stay. Only the breakfast area was small and crowded. Otherwise, One of the best places in DC to stay. Location was fantastic. Just a mile and a half to white house, Lincoln memorial.
