One of my best experience so far. Hotel is superb with all required facilities available. It is right opposite to Edinburgh Waverley rail station. It is located in the heart of the city and Edinburgh castle/ Arthur's seat are in walk away distance. From restaurants to shopping, everything is nearby. Staff are very nice, always ready to help. Rooms were clean with hot water available, view from room is superb. Whenever I visit Edinburgh, I am always going to stay here without a doubt. Highly recommended! Complete value for money.

Old Waverly is located at an extremely convenient place, 5 min from the Edinburg Waverly station. It is also on Princess Street which makes it the best spot to shop. The cherry on the cake is that it is 15 min walk from the Edinburg castle and a few rooms will give a view to the castle as well. Room is a bit old, and can do with a face lift, however it is not bad. Bathrooms are spacious and clean with ample hot water.

For arrivals by train, this hotel location is best (200 mtr). Also all the conducted tour starts near to this location (50 mtr). The Princess street itself is main happening place. We enjoyed our stay between 12 noon of 7th Apr to 4 PM 8th Apr 16. The hotel allowed early check in. Good value for the money paid.

One of my best experience so far. Hotel is superb with all required facilities available. It is right opposite to Edinburgh Waverley rail station. It is located in the heart of the city and Edinburgh castle/ Arthur's seat are in walk away distance. From restaurants to shopping, everything is nearby. Staff are very nice, always ready to help. Rooms were clean with hot water available, view from room is superb. Whenever I visit Edinburgh, I am always going to stay here without a doubt. Highly recommended! Complete value for money.

For arrivals by train, this Old Waverley Hotel location is best (200 mtr). Also all the conducted tour starts near to this location (50 mtr). The Princess street itself is main happening place. We enjoyed our stay between 12 noon of 7th Apr to 4 PM 8th Apr 16. The Old Waverley Hotel allowed early check in. Good value for the money paid.

Old Waverly is located at an extremely convenient place, 5 min from the Edinburg Waverly station. It is also on Princess Street which makes it the best spot to shop. The cherry on the cake is that it is 15 min walk from the Edinburg castle and a few rooms will give a view to the castle as well. Room is a bit old, and can do with a face lift, however it is not bad. Bathrooms are spacious and clean with ample hot water.
