The location was great. A bit weird to find through hps. The staff are very friendly and helpful starting from the concierge all the way to room service. We hit the pool and it was a bit small but most certainly very clean and staff were very accommodating. Highly recommended

Very nice room size appx 600 soft area, very friendly staff. Just one day one of the room Key stopped working and was replaced immediately.

Completely satisfied and happy guests. Highly recommend.
Staff was very helpful. Buffet spread was sufficient and good and check-in was fast. Early check-in was prompt and efficient. Taxis were arranged conveniently.

Located close to main city. Easy accessible to tourist spots.

We stayed at Rotana Jumeira for 5 nights. Excellent place, very courteous staff, centrally located fabulous hotel in Dubai. Very good access to super markets, local markets ( Satwa Road). Also, its close to Burj Khalifa. Overall it was a wonderful exp for us as a family.

We stayed at Rotana for 4 nights and our stay was very comfortable and relaxed. Noor at the front office was fantastic to welcome us and looked after us very well during our stay. Breakfast was also good but would expect more items and some different menu each day. The rooms were clean and were maintained everyday.
