hotel resort is nice. crowd is nice. entertainment program is nice. staff is good but major issue. even after 100 request they can't prepare proper vegetarian food. no options. they don't have vegetarian cook . language is an issue. they don't understand English. swimming pool nice. hamam is good. disco is good. sea rides good ... there are time restriction on all inclusive drinks and food so keep in mind the timing.

Well the services at your hotel is real bad and pathetic, I must say. Starting with very little things like I was not provided with the WiFi password proactively and had to ask for. It's really weird without saying anything you ask for guest hand and tie up a weird band upon asking you say that's for bed and breakfast. What nonsense is this that you want me to be with the band for whole day! Good for nothing. There was no complimentary water kept in the room. I had to ask almost 4 attempts including 1 attempt in the reception directly to get the same. The hotels I have stayed so far always explain this are the attractions or this are the activities you can indulge to or this is the pool timings so on. Absolutely nothing. I felt that I was done a favour. There is no electric kettle a very basic thing and upon asking for hot water yet not the same is provided with. It takes ages to do so. The view from the hotel is just amazing! Complete value for money and located in a prime area. Taxis always available outside the hotel so commuting was never an issue. The service was very welcoming and they have good dining options
