The hotel room was moist, and whole room was having seepage making it unfit to stay and the floor was always wet which makes it unfit to walk and keep luggage.

Location was absolutely perfect. The busiest and famous street starts as soon as you step out of the building. Everything is available nearby. Stay (room) and breakfast was decent. However they have some restrictions about friends coming over even for a little while, so they charged me 500 baht extra for that, they didn’t give an extra key card for my room mate which was an inconvenience to us as we had different plans.
