The bus stop was nearby at approx 150 m, where you can find buses to the main shopping area - alexanderplatz. Hotel was super clean. Their wash basin drain was not working properly. Bathroom had a bath tub which could was not very convenient for me. But overall great hotel.

Centrally located hotel.

Centrally located. This hotel is a bliss for tourists. Rooms are decent sized and so are the bath rooms. Food was pathetic. I was there for three nights and it was the same menu for breakfast. The safe given in the room was broken. Upon complaining they swiftly repaired but it again broke the next day and there after no one attended after a nontechnical staff from house keeping looked at it. The reception staff at the desk spoke english so that was a huge plus but ms sarah at the reception misguided me for the laundry services.

Our stay at the hotel was a satisfactory and memorable one. Hotel location was easy to find & commute, all places to visit as a tourist are nearby, shops/food joints in the vicinity helped to have enjoy local cuisine. Major transportation options were at a walking distance from the hotel. The services at the hotel was highly professional, staff was super helpful, rooms were well maintained and aesthetic in appearance, service was excellent. We all in the family enjoyed our stay a lot and would surely recommend to others and if we happen to visit this place again, this hotel will be our only choice for sure.

Decent Hotel unfriendly staff

We are a family of 3 and chose to stay at a Novotel given that’s it’s a decent brand and I have had very positive experiences at various Novotels across the globe. Unfortunately that was not the case here. The check in experience was poor the front desk attendant has a poor and condascending attitude. When we asked him when our hotel room will we ready, he rudely replied how am I supposed to know. It felt discriminatory and disgusting! To make matters worse, after we checked into our room another family swiped in an hour later. The hotel assigned them the same room and didn’t even have the courtesy to apologise! While the location of the hotel is fantastic, and so were the people outside of the hotel in general .the staff particularly one person were a total damper. We’re in 2023, and I would prefer getting kinder customer service it’s your primary role

Our stay at the Novotel Berlin Mitte was a satisfactory and memorable one. Hotel location was easy to find & commute, all places to visit as a tourist are nearby, shops/food joints in the vicinity helped to have enjoy local cuisine.
