Dear Guest Thank you for your review.We are a hostel with shared bathroom and kitchen Also, everyfloor we have minimum two kitchens, and each floor have 3 mens toilet aswell.We are not sure why you were not able to use the kitchen or toilet at all , Could have informed reception as they could have helped you inorder to solve this. A few days in neon hostel

The hostel is big and the location is in a great place. The bed was big and spacious. The staff was kind too. The vending machine had a lot of drinks as well. The washrooms were a bit unclean but if you go in the morning it's cleaner.
