    The stay was very comfortable. The ambiance was excellent. Specially the staffs were very friendly. One important suggestion will be the electrical port or the charging station are too old and need to be changed.

    Not the best of the places to stay

    I stayed at the hotel on business trip between 15th - 21st may. The experience left far to be happy about. The breakfast doesn’t offer much variety in continental. It’s mostly bengali food. The selection of alcohol is limited and overly expensive. The airport shuttle is way more expensive than a rental car or uber. The rooms are old, smelly and upholstery shows ageing. In-room dining takes a long time.

    I am used to stay in pan pacific sonargaon hotel since 2013. It was all tile excellent experience. Staff of hotel is too too polite and well mannered. I will stay one more time in april or may 2023. Love to join it soon. Cleaning is upto the mark. The fragrance in lobby and everywhere was too good. It gives richness to everything

    Its a nice and pleasant experience to stay over here. Very good ambience with all the available facilities, rooms are big, swimming pools are well maintained. Mouth watering foods are also available here. They also have a well equipped gym facility. If you want to relax then you can just visit their spa as well to rejuvenate yourself. If you want to enjoy at the evening you can visit pacific avenue inside this hotel, have some beer and enjoy music and dance with your partner.

    Sonargaon is located perfectly in the city centre. Staff are super polite, well managed and very endearing. Rooms are clean and cosy. Breakfast buffet is the best and well met the standard of a 5 star hotel.
