it was moderate. nothing extra ordinary. the only great thing about the stay was the fabulous location. it's just 2 mins away from Wien hbf a central train station. but other than that, it's a completely self service hotel. no electric kettle, no dental kits, no housekeeping for less than 3 nights. the hotel closes the kitchen after breakfast. and there are only a few restaurant options around the area. it's terribly under staffed. so your wait time for the reception queries and bar/snack counter goes up. room size is just satisfactory.

Room Amenities were not there except bathroom amenities.No water Bottles, No phone to call for IRD and housekeeping.The TV was not working properly.I had to go straight from the room at 6th Floor to Lobby 5 to 6 times only for the request of Blankets extra pillows.Hotel was totally Under staffed.How can a person connect to the housekeeping or IRD if there will be no phone in the room.Bed was uncomfortable.Waste of a big amount of money I paid.One of the worst Experience I have ever had

Extremely Poor quality services, food and overall 1⭐️ Not at all value the money. We stayed for 02 nights and regretted our decision. No wardrobe, No Tea Coffee, No Glasses, very poor quality breakfast. Do not stau in this hotel as there are several other options which we saw during our walk to the station.
