Pros: - excellent location in the middle of the market. - appealing hotel ambience. - no need to climb stairs or walk uphill. - bungalow rooms are preferable. - lots of greenery and attractive aesthetics around fairy chimneys. - no elevator needed. Cons: - lack of staff; manager had to handle luggage. - unhelpful staff, often seen giggling and smoking. - poor breakfast service with limited vegetarian options. - bathrooms with glass doors cause water to spread. - inconsistent service for extra bedding requests. - overall poor communication and service.
